I wanted to share this with you I puréed all vegetables and some fruits stay away from pineapple has way too much sugar for even adults and I put an ice cube trays and froze them and then put them in Ziploc bags and then I just heated them up at once a week I went to the farmers market. All of them two hours you’re done of course I steam them cooked it but it’s a healthy way to go and your baby will not get all this process baby food

Before 6mnth....why
Most doctors now recommend starting solids between 4-6 months. When baby can support thier own head and show signs of being ready! This is very common practice

I always started at 4months and I will start at 4 months with my new little girl. They are starting to say at 6 months because the obesity in america is high.
They will eat cuz its normal to do so(instinct)...but...its not ok ....for the best start in life you could give to your daughter you should only breastfed until 6 months.An informed doctor will never ever advise you to go to solids earlier than 6 months except some cases (ex:maybe the baby is not gaining weight properly...maybe he gains to much from the milk..maybe he has some other "medical issues " that requieres starting early etc).But if the baby is doing just fine ...gaining weight ..being happy ..healthy...you should stay with the milk.She has time to eat solids.Until 6 months your milk has the best antibodies that you could give her(its just enough for her) ; also ....her degestiv system is not so ready and also,the best timing for not having chocking /gaging or stuff like that ...is when she could stay all by herself on the bum.Sry for my english and im not trying to be mean or judging(i'm just sharing my information and experience because im also a mom ).But at the end of the day..everyone raises their kids how they want .

Shes not really eating solids its rice cereal and doctors do advise to start rice cerals at 4mths i started my kids on rice cereals at 4.5mths and it was fine...your doing amazing Erika u do whats right for your daughter,especially because your doctor who is a professional said it's ok..Brinley is adorable 😍
@@ashleyb6670 anything else besides milk ,it's considered solid food(at that early age).And i was not saying just because ....a profesional that's up to date with the most recent studies will say that.I've been to a few doctors myself until i found what i was looking for , and me myself found at least one that was ok starting early.And the problems that this may cause(or not,its not mandatory but by doing that,the chances are higher)it will appear on their adult life..majority around 30 ...And , as i said....either way...any mom does what she considers ....
