I was so afraid that the water would seep through well Amazon has a silicone cheesecake pan I bought and it was so great, nothing seeped in, I didn't have to worry about foil and the cheesecake came out awesome. Well worth the money! Now I have another cheesecake recipe to use it again....thank you!
