- Australian government has a plan which can literally convert a desert nation into a tropical rainforest! Yes, their Bradfield`s plan will basically create artificial rainfall over Australia! I read in a report when you cover desert land by solar panels then the temp goes down in that area and small animals start appearing which helps in proliferation of plants also. An encouraging sign .

I think first of all Australia need to use the advantage of desert like making tourist places and campes at sideway of deserts and putting many ships for travellers near the desert ocean and creat adventure games in desert and they also doing supplies of electricity threw solar panels which also have many problems in desert areas so they can cover the sides of desert with solar panels which can reduce the difficulty of repairing or managing solar system and I think they need to increase the value of solar energy to provide energy to other countries in low amount and request them to solve the problems at desert related area and I believe they may be help them if they consult with the Americans scientists because they have better technology to bring vegetation in Australia's desert and I things its very difficult for Australia but my remedies thoughts can help them economically

It's a proposed scheme, and it will never happen. We tried to green The Kimberley's interior with the Ord River project, It was less than a sucess due to poor soil quality and loss of water due to evaporation. We are left with a very nice area around Lake Argyle/Kununurra, but as far as growing crops, it was not really all that successful.
Actually around the airs in s booming. Initially it was a lemon but the area has really grown, and it’s become quite expensive to buy irrigated land there now. The next stage will f flood irrigation is also being built.
