I love this apartment,
but for €400.000 I could not see myself hauling things up that hill from the car park to my front door every time I went shopping.

if you have an apartment in the center of Montepulciano, you can drive in... and anyway those who live there shop in the little artisan shops in the center... there are those who like to live in the historic center. The kitchen cabinet? ...mmm, thanks for the comment
