You two should have closed out the video from the hammocks (set 'em up off camera, then wave good bye from them) An amazing coach, colors, materials and style are all great, freightliner chassis, nice engine, everything set up to be easily worked on or serviced. Pulled up behind a older Monaco Monarch (2006} Hanging off the roof access ladder, was the sewer drain hose like an afterthought. I had to refrain myself from b*tchslapping the owner upside the head for not having more pride of ownership. Sad. Great video Andrew. I really like John's personality and if I was in the market, I'd definitely be contacting him not because he's the only honest guy out there but Arizona is closer to Utah than Florida Travel safe my friend. remain humble and grateful.

So in order to use the washer/dryer you have to navigate over the toilet ? They probably did that for water line placement but not practical in actual use. I liked the softer colors and not full of shiny wood.
The bed lift-struts are installed completely incorrect. - 1) The strut-body chamber needs connected to the storage section - 2) The strut-arm needs connected to the bed section - 3) The strut body needs to be toward the head of the bed - 4) The strut-arm needs connected closest to the foot of the bed. They have that thing upside down and backwards - literally! This is a very nice coach. Someone is going to be very happy - if they use it - instead of storing it. I wish you had told us what transmission it had. I suspect it's the 3000 and that would be a deal breaker at that price.
Why do people trade off a practically new coach? Because right now you can get just about what you paid for it if it’s is a 2020. I believe this coach is pre Covid. We just traded a 2020 Newmar in and we had no major problems with it, just decided we wanted larger.
10k miles in 1 year tells me they might have worn themselves out traveling and might have decided this isn't for them or they could have went with a prevost or newell coach.
You'd be surprised how many of us get a brand new unit every year...... My down payment is already made on my 2023 and we are currently designing a 2024. #iridethedepreciation train

All I have going for me is good credit ..... And I'm alpha. If you make 50 Grand a year and you haven't fucked up your credit by now Go spend 250k on a motorhome create a LLC doesn't matter if you make money or not just generated around said motorhome. Not to mention it qualifies as a second home on your taxes right off that initial purchase price depreciate it for 5 years and live tax free so somebody without a brain can call you rich. Maybe instead of trying to insult me you should just focus on trying to do better for yourself.

When someone gets rid of a coach after 1 year, that raises a red flag for me unless you can find out the real reason they are selling it.
