Jollie Detta is just strikingly beautiful and has a beautiful voice.Am so shocked in 1986 when she sang this song she was only 18 years old. I was 4 years old in 1986. Whenever, I hear these songs I feel very nostalgic. Golden oldies with a message unlike songs of nowadays. GOD Bless all of us

No way Jollie Detta could have been 18 at that time. She was probably early twenties. But I agree with you, she was beautiful, with a beautiful voice to match, and beautiful music to grace.

I dont like bitching on UA-cam cuz man is a man, but when I listen to this drop fall. I hope my beautiful sunny won't have to fight for his place under the sun. God bless Zaire God bless Africa . There were many Ndugu Musyoka. Just mention a few..listen to Andoya, Maswa, Aindjo by Lipua Lipua or even songs by Bella Bella or by Orchestre Kiam, or Veve or Kamale like Ngali.... I have given you homework. There will be never hits like the one those orchestras produced between 1969 to 1977.

This is the kind of music that gets to every bone of your body, spirit, and soul. It is just so rich. I danced and listened to this music this music about which I had deep and long memories. It reminds me of the by gone days back home in Zambia in Africa in the 1980s and 90s. The Congolese know how to play Rumba.
