I offered 100 but was not ready to accept, again offered 200 still he was not accepting. But finally, after negotiations somehome, he accepted 200. And he said don't need money via UPI as he need only Cash. The station is just less than a Km, but still he took 200. Only on papers, govt says no corruption but ground reality is different. Here in Allahabad Up, You have to pay at least 1500 to 2000 to the police. Otherwise they will not proceed with your application.

My police verification was sent to local police on 27 June no police official came to my house on 20 July when I visited the local police station the officer tells me your verification should have happened long time back so he send the officer to my house and does my verification the officer who does my verification said it will take a week to send clear report to the passport authority today it's 9 August it's still happening
If they need some thing they should ask me why keep my application on hold

Sir...mre passport ki verification ke liye kal do police wale aaye the...sor unhone phle phone kr ke kaha aapka adhar card ki photocopy or passport ki photocopy le ke ready rhna main sham ko aunga...jab wo sham ko verification ke liye aaye toh unhone kaha aapka Rashancard kaha par hai..maine kaha sir aapne kaha tha adhar or passport ki photocopy chahye..toh unhone kaha police station aa jana Rashancard le ke..sir unko kharche paani ke liye paise chahye the jo maine unko nahi diye...or hone kaha police station aa jna Rashancard le ke..agar main naa jau police station toh kiya sir wo mre passport reject kar dyge...

I Applied passport in 2015 and police verification status was negative as i entered my present and permanent location both same and i informed them that i study in some other location and due to which they gave negative police verification. So I'm thinking to apply again in 2022, so shall i apply the fresh passport or shall i mentioned anywhere that i Applied for passport in past as well, Or no need to mention anything about previous status?

Yes... There is an option in between that you have applied earlier but haven't received passport.. Soo there you have to select Yes....
