Many sites keep saying this is 100cc and they are being sold as 100cc on Amazon. It is simply not true. a 50mm piston on a 139qmb makes it 81.1cc. It is false advertising. Should be sold as an 80cc which is what it is. Rant over.

to make you a better mechanic LOL you may want to reposition your needle-nose pliers to the end of The circlip which makes it that much easier to manipulate because you will not be bumping up against the wrist pin when you install it. and you may also consider using a couple of blocks of wood underneath the Piston when you seat the Rings I was cringing when I saw you taking the mallet and hammering down to seat your rings into the cylinder. you may also consider using a magnet to fish out your timing chain.
very nice quality video 1080p on my laptop so now to the kit what brand is it please and I was told if the 50cc is upgraded to 100 which is 82cc really that I would have to upgrade the crank as the little end bearing is only10mm and needs to be 13mm thanks in advance
there is no crankshafts higher than 10mm for the 139qmb/a engines, and that is quit enough.. read my post in the top..a 50mm piston is 88cc, a 52,4 is 90cc and is the highest you can get.... Just to be clear, a 4 stroke with these engines sucks, youll never get nearly the same speed as a 2 stroke, but there is more power from the start in a 4 stroke.. I have tunes my 4 stroke Baotian supermoto all i can, all electricc,all engine, carb 24mm, bigger main jet, better spark plug iridium, and more, but havent installed a higher gear yet, also have a 112mm oversize stage6 clutch, malossi multivar, 5,6g rollers, and 15% blue pressure spring, And a racing motoforce slide where the kevlar rem goes around in the back..

Buy a 24mm carb jets included, 6g rollers, valve lash wahtch: HASSE justerar ventilspel på 4 taktare.

in real life you CANNOT put a 100cc cylinder on a 139gma/b engine, yull have to get the 152qmj..
52mm is a 88ccm
anyone can put the maximum 52,4mm pison on the block, without doing anything to the engine, i use it myself.. Zoot and Naraku makes 90cc sets, there cannot be a 100cc on a 139qmb/a engine. Difference between Zoot and NAraku is that Zoots intak valve is 23mm, and Narakus is 21mm, but NArakus can easyli drive with the Naraku 24mm carb,but i prefer the 18, without bigger transmission. For higher start-speed. If you will use the 24mm carb, get a 18-50 transmisson from Rasing-planet.co.ukk its 17% longer, and you should be abble to get to 95-100kmh,if all is adjusted correct... Bullshit.. A NAraku 90cc set is with 52,4mm piston.. 47mm is a 72cc, and the lower 63 can remember, but the 50cc is 39mm

I have a 47mm and it's definitely an 80cc. Maybe my version has a slightly longer stroke.
For a 50mm piston: 3.14*2.5^2*4.2=82.425cc. Simple as that! That 100cc is bulshit, it's just for marketing.
