In the beginning part of 1:30, what does it means by scaling it on x by 0
when scaling on X press 0 to make both verts align on X axis, to scale on X press S X 0

using a mirror modifier is more easy
Once you open blender and start modeling then you'll find out that mirror won't work coz the model is not fully symmetrical on both sides
