My question is would the transit visa is required OR free visa on arrival is applicable in this case as I have to travel to Thailand two times( both going and coming back). actually they said that you can apply for a any type of visa. But generally in the case of multi-entry visa they ask for many documents and makes it cumbersome at times.

They previously shared that there is going to be an ETA but as of today is no ETA required for individuals traveling for tourism. You can travel as usual under the visa exemption policy and proceed directly to immigration to get your passport stamped

in the case of Thailand it is visa free no neeed for any multi-entry visa. But loas immigration has a fees its around $40.
