Hi Dave, I enjoy watching the DVS channel. A feature I’d love to see implemented on the modular intercom with a firmware update would be the ability to change input 3 or 4 to allow an external call button to be added. Would allow us to install a bigger mushroom-style button or reed switch that could as a call button. Helpful for those who have trouble pressing the small Hikvision call buttons. Cheers

This feature would be even better if you could choose to make the button ring all indoor stations instead of just opening the door..

Dave, great feedback to factory and that these have now been integrated. A few queries for their range: -
1. Have they indicated they will move to integrate this within their Face Rec terminals too? We are seeing more people adopting the terminals over the Gen 2 intercoms.
2. I'm assuming the security module still only works for the single door? An improvement here is long overdue.

Hi Dave, the Hikvision model has a 2-release button option for residential use. For example one pedestrian gate and another one main motor sliding gate. If that option is not available in Hikvision which other option is available? Thanks
