- Both drivers new to this circuit and only an hour into the day. Both feeling out the track. Lovely 992 GT3, new to my mate, so still getting to grips with it.

which tire can you drive instead of the Kumho tire
and how are your experiences?
For serious track work you're probably best going slicks. The Kumhos are very good and probably similar to Cup 2r's and not far from slicks however when pushing them hard they don't last very long at all. You also need to import them from USA but that's not so much of a problem. You could change to 18's at the front and then run Cup 2's or Trofeos if you like but again the car has lots of aero and downforce and really leans on the tyres so probably won't last that long either. That's why I run slicks mainly
I'm thinking of buying an ACR for the Nordschleife, unfortunately I need a licensed tire.
the front axle has to be built to 18 inches for the Nordschleife.
my hope was that the 345/19 Cup2 would work just as well again Kumho.
@@captaingaskrank4216 yes I think if you go for 18's at the front you will be fine. I would get Forgeline wheels made for ACR -which I have-and are great and you can specify 18's at the front and 19's at the back. The 18 Forgelines clear the calipers at the front so you're OK
I might be at the Ring next week with ACR possibly, depending on quarantine laws
