This may be one of my all time favorites: plenty of storage no wasted spaces, clever transom windows over the bathroom mirrors..just so well planned and beautifully decorated!

Beautiful home, but I just never liked seeing the kitchen hovering in the living room. I would have to put up some partitioned wall for separation.

Same here..we Malaysians prefer our kitchen to be somewhere in the rear. Otherwise, nice flow though
In Australia we prefer open plan so you can be social with your guests while preparing food & drinks, there’s always friends and family sitting at the breakfast bar or shoulder to shoulder and I couldn’t imagine being closed off with walls it’d get claustrophobic real quick.
I agree. I usually like 3 counter walls in a kitchen so it's not completely open.
I like some separating not full on walls but a little

Love this house and the layout, the only things I would personally change for myself, is a soaking tub in the master bath. And no carpet upstairs. And maybe a window on that back bedroom upstairs.

I’m not a fan of the windows above the built ins on the FR. I’d like to have shelves going all the way up. I also don’t want a big FP. I’d prefer an electric one that I can have on but with no heat sometimes. I love the “sunroom” but I wouldn’t want the windows to the floor.

Looks pretty good. It needs some things though.
Use the front Study for a Guest Coat Closet and seating area.
That tiny bump out in the Master Bath area should be larger. If they are going to have a bump out, then go for it. Bump it out at least another 6'. The shallow closet could be a nicer one when adding 6' to its depth. The vanity could be made a two sink on the wall toward the other bedroom. Out in the added area, then you'd put in a Wet Room with a tub in it.
This design would be easy to dump the second floor. It seems like a kluged up mess in my humble opinion. I'd want a nice walkout Basement instead...if not Walkout at least a lowered lot at the back of the house for easy egress.
What happened at the end? It just cut off. It's also nice to know you don't want to be in the closet. I'm sorry I just couldn't resist. The home is lovely, it has a really nice layout. Thanks for the tour and take care. 😊😊😊😊
The vent 11 feet up in the wall in the foyer IMMEDIATELY ruined it for me.
I love the Great room. The master is great but it doesn't have a tub..The pantry off the garage is nice because you can drop the grocery right in there.The upstairs room looks like master,so cute. Why were all of the mecanicals up in the attic? This should be on the ground level .This ruined the upstairs and wasted square footage.
This is a case where the furnishings detract from the house.
I hate it how American homes have no fences between neighbours and in the backyard.
Possibly to allow the purchaser to decide what pattern of fence/wall they want separating their property from adjacent ones.
Im disappointed. The 2nd floor is nothing like the floorplan said it would be. Its like the builder got lazy or ran out of time/money,
Absolutely hate the shelves in the pantry. They have done this with other homes as well. Looks very unfinished. Yuck And if and when I build my next home, it will have a soaking tub and carpet in the bedroom. I wanted one in this house, but I would have had to give up space on something else.
This is a spec house. You can customize anything you like.

I didn't like the design. Second floor for one bedroom? The ugliest thing is the windows in the sunny room. Heavy, wide frames - if you don't know how to make panoramic windows, don't embarrass yourself.
