Both are good only. CSE is always giving good opportunity for jobs.
Integrated MTech u will save one year. So it's upto you. Normal mtech will take 6years (BTech+MTech). Integrated MTech will finish within 5yrs
Madam, my son got btech cse aiml in Gitam university Vizag and integrated mtech cse in collaboration with virtuasa under cat 3 in AP . He did well SRM jee in phase 2. Expecting better rank. Which is best among 3. Kindly give advice as early as possible. We have to pay fee in 3 days. We have already paid fee in Gitam vizag. He got 4000 rank in Gitam.

Actually, if you are going for any of course I would suggest you to learn coding. Because more jobs are there for c, cpp , Python related works. Data science and machine learning are booming now
If you want higher degree then go for MTech.

It totally depends on your class 12 board. Just wait 3 days. I have 95.6%(AP Board), I met my frnd cousin he lives in chennai and he got 83rd rank for 95.6 %(TN Board & now VIT Vellore Category 1) and for cbse another guy he knew got 95% somewhere near 600 rank(VIT Vellore Category 2) . its not predictable as we think. Just wait 3 days! If you are at 93% from tamilnadu you will easily get in vellore, if not you can still get in amaravati and bhopal at cat 1. With mostly for vellore or chennai ull be CAT-2. If lucky even in 1.

Mostly it depends on your classes and slots. Every individual will get it's schedule for semister. Classes would be from morning 8am to 7pm. It's not countinious. It's depends on your classes
