Completely disagree! "NYPD Blue" is easily one of the best police shows all time(top 2). The show is 100 times better then anything on TV today winning 84 total rewards including 20 Emmys). The acting on the show from all the actors involved including those not in this clip were amazing. If you bother to watch the series(not just a few youtube clips here and there) you'd see that. Pascal is a great actor and "The Last Of Us" is currently showing that. I'm not surprised that "NYPD Blue" is one of the shows that got him noticed early in his acting career.
