I can confirm that kijitora is the best haha. cha cha matcha has rly good matcha ice cream (multiple locations in the city) and brooklyn ball factory (a bit deeper in williamsburg) is also amazing. Setsugekka East Village has rly good ceremonial matcha if you like that
