The issue with the vented trim is that it’s not as durable. It seems to rip more easily than traditional trim!

My department ceased any further purchases of Lion turnout gear . Within months of purchase , reflective trim was ripped, inch size holes of the outermost layer were exposed and stitching was becoming loose. We are going back to the small Lakeland brand which is cheaper yet lasts years longer with minimal wear.

@@Bse140we haven’t had any other problems with the lion gear and it is comfortable but the vented trim was a nightmare! Morning pride and Globe still stand on top for comfort
