As Connor Macleod would say: There can only be "one!" In 2.5 you are in 2.5 you will stay!! Thank you for all this work! Well if I understand correctly; It's our turn to play now ;)! Happy holidays mister and see you next year for 2.6!
You managed it Dave, well done for all your hard work. I know you have put a lot into this version, now you can sit back and relax for the rest of the holidays. I really hope the community come up with some great themes now you have given them the means to make them. And for that thank you so much.
Congralutions Dave, on all your hard work on updating to this latest release. The effort has been worth it and this runs amazingly well, with all these new amazing features. Merry Christmas to you and your family. Enjoy a well earned break, and thank-you for what you do for the community.
great video! Can you import already made themes (IE New Default) so you can edit things around? Also, is there anyway to put the 'Edit View' in window mode instead of Full Screen? Thanks!
The default theme was developed outside of the theme creator, so no it cannot be edited via the theme creator. As for window mode for the editor, maybe a possibility but very low on my priority list
@@communitythemecreator thanks for responding so quickly. I just finished watching this whole video. Now on to your other videos! I didn't realize I had to setup conditions for videos to work across platforms and that I could do different resolution builds from the top of the editor. Thanks!
Hi Dave. I wonder if you could help me with something I'm trying to do. I can't code so I'm limited by what the creator can do and I haven't been able to figure this idea out. I simply want metadata to be able to move in sync with an image wheel wheel, just say the title of a game plus the box art. I need some way to bind the 2 things without using animations to make them move together. I see that "templates" may do this kind of thing, but when I open the text files for those, it's all a unformatted wall of text and unreadable. Even if it wasn't, I'm not sure I fumble my way into making it work. Warm regards.
@@communitythemecreator Sorry, I thought I deleted this. I really struggled for ages because I couldn't find where to edit the templates and then I was looking around and found it :/

Thank you Dave! What a great Christmas present.
Thanks Dave! I'll watch this week when I go back to work and have lots of free time to watch!
Happy new year

Never mind, I found a visibility option in the top right hand corner to edit the templates 👍 I'll try this
The Wheel item template modifier in the main window will allow you to create a wheel item which will allow you to display metadata images and text
