Korea wasn't rich enough to bribe referees in 2002, and would Korea have done that even though they knew clearly that they would get caught if they bribed referees? LOL.
Here's my personal take on the alleged referee bribing. Portugal even lost to the US, meaning that the Portugese squad's defeat wasn't surprising. Furthermore, Beto and Pinto's send-off were justifiable. I mean, how can backtackling followed by ankle twisting and hitting referee not be a serious foul play? As for Italy, it was really hard-fought match, as both charged one another very aggressively. Just as many Italians suffered, Korean players had to endure several serious assaults, including Kim Tar-Young's broken nose. Totti's simulation is certainly controversial. But a slow-motion video does indicate that Totti was indeed falling even before actually contacting Song Jong-guk, who touched the ball before the alleged contact btw. As for whether it was a yellow-card material, I do actually think that it was bit harsh. But given that the world cup was held right after FIFA's emphasis on deterring players from diving, I would say Totti was really unlucky. As a fan of Totti, it is a shame his world cup in 2002 had ended in that way. At least, he grabbed 6 assists in the next world cup and won the tournament, so hopefully he's pretty chill about the past one. As for Spain, yup. You guys should've won 2:0 and advanced to the semi. I don't know what happened back then.
The Totti one was a clearly yellow or red card but it was a penalty for Italy that Moreno strangely didn't see it was clearly is """Mistake""" just admit that Italy Spain and maybe Portugal were robbed in that world cup
@@Lomaz300 Italy being robbed is absolutely ridiculous and they didnt even dominate Korea in the run of play....in fact for vast portions of the match, it was the italians that were on their backheels not to mention missing some absolute sitters like the 1 v 1 with Lee Woon Jae that Vieri had. Italy is just being a little bitch. Spain I will happily concede and say they were better and deserved to go through as Spain dominated 95% of that match and at no point did I think Korea was better than Spain or on even terms with them: hell we played Spain better in 1994 than in 2002 and 2002 was a much better squad.
The 1934 Italy World Cup is considered the worst one among all sports championships since the start of the Olympic games in 1896 because of the intervention of politics into the sports championship. The 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics is compared to the 1934 Italy World Cup for the intervention of politics into sports games. They also have common features including both countries being under the dictatorship. 1934 Italy World Cup semi-final match between Italy vs Austria is an example. The 1954 Swiss World Cup final match between West Germany vs Hungary is another example. German players did intake drugs before and in the middle of the game. They made excuses like they thought it was a vitamin though they absolutely knew what they did take. It was an unethical abuse of drugs. The 1978 Argentina World Cup is another version of the 1934 Italy World Cup since it was due to the Argentine dictatorship. How could Argentina beat Peru 6:0, and hence block Brazil to proceed to the final? The 1982 Spain World Cup was also under dictatorship. When the Spanish national football team missed a penalty kick, a referee allowed them to try again. Spain could proceed to the second round thanks to the obvious help of the referee. Another match between West Germany vs Algeria is even called ‘Disgrace of Gijon’ and it is still remembered. What about the 2002 World Cup? Did S.Korea national football team win since S.Korea was under dictatorship and politics intervened like Italy in 1934 or Argentina in 1978 or Spain in 1982? Did S.Korean players win since they tried drugs during the match like West Germany in the 1954 final? Did any S.Korean player score a goal using his hands as Diego Maradona did in the 1986 Mexico World Cup against England? Did any S.Korean player block a goal using his hands like Luis Suarez in the 2010 South Africa World Cup against Ghana? Bribe? Investigation? When Greece won the Euro 2004, was it due to a bribe? Did UEFA investigate since Greece became the champion though they were underdogs? When the Netherlands proceeded to the finals in 1974 and 1978 although it was their first time that they played in World Cup, was that due to a bribe? When Croatia proceeded to the semi-final in 1998 though it was their first time to play in World Cup, was it thanks to a bribe? Do you even know how other strong candidates for the World Cup winner in 2002, including France, Italy, Argentina, and Portugal prepared for the championship? Argentina was under an economic crisis, France lacked Zidane, and Italy and Portugal did not prepare for it seriously. Italy even lost to Croatia in the group stage. Portugal even lost to the U.S. in the group stage. Then, did Croatia and the U.S. blamable since they won the superpowers like Italy and Portugal? While overlooking the negligence of those superpowers, do you just blame underdogs who sincerely prepared for the 2002 World Cup for 1 year? How long had other superpowers prepared for the 2002 World Cup? Only a few weeks. It was not a matter of something fraud but was just a matter of lack of preparation of other superpowers. If you see on youtube, there are sorts of videos that try to devaluate other nations because they are losers. They willingly try to agitate and create propaganda to distort the truth. People are stupid since they just believe what they think is correct, and just consider that their perspective is an entire world. Guus Hijdink's supervision, total support from the Korean Football Association and Korean domestic league teams, a year-long exercise, eagerness, and the level of preparation: these just made S.Korea proceed to the semi-final. Super-powers except Brazil and Germany did not prepare for the 2002 World Cup appropriately. Argentina couldn't do that since it was under an economic crisis. Portugal even did not do any video analysis. They even went a bar. They even begged Korean players to draw the game with S.Korea during the half time since they could not win Korea. Italy was always winning marginally with one score. France lost Zidane. Only Brazil and Germany were well-prepared since they were regarded as one of the weakest in their footballing history. This is because any stupid one who has no professional experience as a football expert believes what they think is right. It is because most people including Japanese, Chinese, and some blind stupid people in Europe are full of an inferiority complex against the achievement of the S.Korean national football team in 2002. A stupid public just believes as they want, and it believes that what they think and see is the whole picture. They never realize that their opinion is wrong, e.g., Dunning-Kruger effect. They are not professionals in football at all, but just claim they are right though they have no intellect to judge whether it is right or wrong. You stupid idiot should realize that you can be wrong. If you are stupid, don’t spread out fake news. No one was robbed. There only exist people who cannot admit their loss, and just make excuses to justify their loss. It is just because Korea was an underdog. If Korea were like Brazil, they never raise any conspiracy. Nasty losers with full of an inferiority complex against the glory of other nations that those losers could never have dreamed of. Poor. LOL

They get angry because they lost to Korea, and because of their inferiority complex, they keep saying that Korea bought the judgment without any evidence. In fact, Korea was evaluated as being more biased. Italy first committed a rough foul and then committed more.
Even tho the World Cup 21 years ago was rigged for South Korea, I'm surprised they did not downplay Germany unlike they did to Spain, Portugal and Italy and let Germany wins the match. Some of the disallowed goals are actually counted but the referee declares it offside and some fouls are too light to be considered as red card. It would be suspicious if they win despite not winning any matches in 1998 World Cup. Draw to Belgium, lose to Mexico and Netherlands.

oh...another poor Italian who NEVER accepts the FACT. here are some examples of the 'dirty plays' that you talked about... 1.In the 7th minute of the first half, Vieri ellbowed Korean soccer player Kim Tae-young's nose. Kim had a nosebleed, but the match continued. After the match, Kim was diagnosed with a broken nose bone, and had to play in the quarterfinals wearing a protective mask. btw, I think the Italian soccer players' elbow hitting was good as a kickboxer.😎 2.Totti ellbowed South Korean soccer player Kim Nam-il in the back of the head during the first half. For this action, Totti received yellow card. 3.In the 13th minute of the second half, Zanetti made a deep tackle on the knee of Korean soccer player Park Ji-sung.it was enough to recieve a yellow card or PK. 4.Totti committed an obvious handball foul in the 19th minute of the second half. Unfortunately, the referee did not see it. 5.In the 23rd minute of the second half, Juliano ellbowed Korean soccer player Hwang Seon-hong's face. It was enough to receive a red card, but the referee did not see it. 6. Coco, who had already been recieved yellow card, pushed down Korean soccer player Yoo Sang-chul in the second half. This was also not seen by the referee. 7.Tomasi ellbowed fellow Italian player Coco's forehead. coco bleed and Tomasi blamed it to korean player. It was a FUNNIEST MOMENT at 2002 world cup🤣🤣 8.After the World Cup, Korean soccer player Ahn Jung-hwan, who scored a goal in overtime and led Korea to victory, was unable to return to his team FC Perugia Calcio. Because of threats from mad Italian fans. (The term 'hooligan' is much proper than 'fans' in this situation..... but whatever.)😂 The first goal was absolutely NO GOAL. Helguera grabbed Kim Tae-young(Korean palyer) by the shoulder when he was trying to header, pressed his neck, which is an obvious attacker foul. And the ball was hit Helguera's arm (handling foul) and was deflected. So the referee's decision was RIGHT. However the 2nd goal of spain was obvious miss decision. The ball in mid-air momentarily went outside by the Korean goal post, creating an illusion that it was clearly out of the goal line to the assistant referee. Also, if the referee hadn't blown the whistle, the Spanish player's header would not have scored a goal. the whistle was blown while the Spanish player was raising a cross, so even the Korean goalkeeper was focused on the referee, not the Spanish player. At 8:57 in the first half, Korean player Lee Young-pyo dribbled the ball on the goal line to keep the ball from going over the goal line, but the assistant referee declared the goal line out and forced Spain to throw-in. Therefore, the goal line decision is unfair to both Korea and Spain.😢 ust because Italy and Spain, lost to Korea in the round of 16 and quarterfinals, won the 2006 and 2010 World Cups, it does not make the argument that Korea bought the 2002 World Cup. Italy finished bottom of their group in the 2010 and 2014 World Cups, and were leaving out from the regional qualifiers in 2018 and 2014. Spain also failed to advanced to the round of 16 at the 2014 World Cup. how would you explain THIS?? Every World Cup has a gap of 4 years. And every 4 years a country's performance can rises or falls. you, especially Italians and Spaniards, have to accept this FACT. And if Korea rigged the FIFA referee and made it to the semifinals, why didn't Russia and Qatar do the same? Qatar might even have won the World Cup.🤣 And you also said that Italy won 2006 WC so Italy couldn't eliminated at round of 16 in 2002 WC. but after 2006 Italy was eliminated at group stage group stage for two times and now Italy is eliminated in regional qualifiers LOL🤣🤣

Poor. LOL

You still crying? Poor sport Italians
@@dnam727 are you toxic? he's true
oh...another poor Italian who NEVER accepts the FACT.
here are some examples of the 'dirty plays' that you talked about...
1.In the 7th minute of the first half, Vieri ellbowed Korean soccer player Kim Tae-young's nose. Kim had a nosebleed, but the match continued. After the match, Kim was diagnosed with a broken nose bone, and had to play in the quarterfinals wearing a protective mask. btw, I think the Italian soccer players' elbow hitting was good as a kickboxer.😎
2.Totti ellbowed South Korean soccer player Kim Nam-il in the back of the head during the first half.
It was a FUNNIEST MOMENT at 2002 world cup🤣🤣
8.After the World Cup, Korean soccer player Ahn Jung-hwan, who scored a goal in overtime and led Korea to victory, was unable to return to his team FC Perugia Calcio. Because of threats from mad Italian fans.
(The term 'hooligan' is much proper than 'fans' in this situation..... but whatever.)😂
The first goal was absolutely NO GOAL.
Therefore, the goal line decision is unfair to both Korea and Spain.😢
ust because Italy and Spain, lost to Korea in the round of 16 and quarterfinals, won the 2006 and 2010 World Cups, it does not make the argument that Korea bought the 2002 World Cup.
Qatar might even have won the World Cup.🤣
And you also said that Italy won 2006 WC so Italy couldn't eliminated at round of 16 in 2002 WC. but after 2006 Italy was eliminated at
group stage group stage for two times and now Italy is eliminated in regional qualifiers LOL🤣🤣
