Hi Jena❣️🙋♀️ Perhaps you bought a "Monday device" 🤭 with the Dremel that has loose or poorly fitting contact and therefore keeps going off? 🤔 That would drive me crazy - on and off, stop and go. 🤬
I would send the device back and order a new device. Or you write directly to the manufacturer, maybe you will get a new device with accessories? Your YT page is a very good advertisement for them! I would write to them and send the device back to Amazon. Because cleaning cannot be like that. It will take you longer to clean it than if you cleaned the shower by hand, as usual. 😁😏

I know when I use the CLR in the toilet bowl a bit, I usually don't have to deal with the mold and mildew growing on it much. But I think it might be different for you as I think you said Arizona has Hard Water issues.

That was exhausting, have you ever used car wax on the inside of the shower to help water shed off? I use Gel-Gloss it's a kitchen and bath polish, not a natural product by a long shot, but it sure makes cleanup easier.
