Forgot to mention the useless ref and linesman!
I went to ER for the first time in 1968. Im not exaggerating when i say ive never seen a worse performance in such a crucial ie promotion ,relegation or title game. Yes ive seen worse performances but not in such a crucial situation. No shots on target in 93 minutes ? Thats unfathomable and its obviously down to the manager.

Farke is 100 % to blame tonight and for other many games making subs to late. Ipswich are top 2 for a reason because they have made subs ever match at right times and with plenty of time to make an impact
I'm convinced since the Watford game we aren't going up through anyway this season. Farke's starting squad looks unbalanced and to reliant on Summerville. Look we all know Bamford is absolutely useless if Farke was any sort of decent manager he'd have brought in Joseph or Piroe to get us goals but he's to stuborn. It's the same players still letting us down the last 5-6 years at this club. Farke's wasted Gray at RB and not played the actual RB we got in January.
I would not play PIROE. He would be my first squad member to off load.

Think you could see at half time it was one of those games. I would of made 3 changes at HT rather then wait for it too turn chaotic to throw the kitchen sink. Didn’t expect Leicester too loose so we never know what can happen.

I’d say we haven’t played well for at least the last 6 or 7 games despite picking up wins and draws. Go back to Huddersfield , then Stoke, hardly great. Got to start with different line up from the start on Saturday. I’d start with Robert’s right back, better at attacking and defending. Let Piroe and Joseph start up front. Rutter on bench along with James and Gnonto on the right.

You would never see Bremner or Giles put in a performance like last night. Those two and Harvey, Reaney, Cooper Hunter, Charlton, Madeley, Lorimer, Grey, and Clarke and Jones would wear their hearts on their sleeves and fight every minute of the game. Even in our worst defeats such as Sunderland, Colchester and Rotherham the team were putting in a shift.
My god I saw Bremner lose his temper a couple of times back in the day, if he was playing in that game his head would have exploded with his team mates 😂😂😂😂

We've played well twice since start of Jan and managed to win. Go back to the difficulty we had beating Plymouth in the cup, once they equalised they could easily have won. Farkes luck has run out

One of the greatest ways a manager has to influence the game whilst it is in progress is via substitutions and Farke squanders that option by making changes way WAY too late. His stubbornness in forever picking Bamford the squanderer is also costing Leeds dearly at the most vital time. Mr Farke PLEASE listen to what is being said here, there are SO many voices crying in the wilderness for change. Be stubborn and Leeds stay down THAT is the frank truth whether you believe it or not.

As a Leeds fan of 50 years seen it all before ,when it comes to the crunch we blow it , dont think this season will be any different ,the signs are all there , i doubt we will even make the play off final
your'e right Jack , lot of Norwich fans were of the same opinion about Farke , too stubborn and no plan B regarding tactics , put summerville on his left foot and he's nothing ,Rutter too much of a showboat trying to beat everyone on his own and constantly losing possession...our midfield of gruev and kamara offer bugger all in creativity, and rodon ampadu and meslier just playing it between themselves annoys the hell out of me ...we had a throw in down by their corner flag in the first few minutes of the game and three passes and its back with meslier and that set the tone of the game ...we look totally lost at the minute

Thanks both. Always honest with your opinions and always spot on. Unlike other pundits Jack always says it how it is and I admire that. Saying what has to be said. Team needed a shake up last night and subs came on too late. Farke has to look at himself in that respect. Should have had 2 pens. However, on first one no players or fans appealed. I only saw it on replay. Second one was so clear. The other thing is that the Sunderland players that handled the balls had both already been booked. So they would have had second yellows. Sunderland would have had 10 men for 65 minutes and 9 men for 15 minutes. Still hopeful we go up automatically but will need to win last 4 games. I’m keeping the faith. #MOT #ALAW

Yep, today was diabolical. We should of won this, and the way things are not going to get probably with performances like this. We only got better when Gnonto came on, he should have started like he normal does.
We had two penalties turned down and even if they were given,we scored and won, he would probably still put the same team out for the Blackburn game.
If we don't get promoted, he is more than likely to lose his job, but the worse thing is we will lose almost the entire team and we would be thinking the sameway we did when the season kick off.
You are right about this team in the premiership, we would be getting smashed to bits.
Apart from manager thoughts everyone has, it's like some of the players seem resigned to "if we don't go up I'll be bought by a Premier team anyway".

I think we will be lucky to draw with Blackburn, lose at Middlesborough and by the time Southhampton visit on the last day we will be in the playoffs.

That’s where the problem is ! The slow build up makes it difficult to play through the opposition , and hard for the front players to get any decent time and space with the ball , that equates to a lack of shots and chances , the system needs to change against Blackburn !

I remember even when was playing well saying this team don't have the mentality to go up and getting roasted for it but I based that on the season we went up with Bielsa we had multiple players with heart and passion in this team I don't see many with if any with that
We had no supporters at games for most of the season due to Covid which helped players that felt the pressure of the crowd.

We have one less in 17 games guys and we are second. I know we are frustrated about the performances not being at the best but we are still grinding out results. Leicester loss to a poor Millwall side, Ipswich lost to Norwich etc etc. We won against Hull despite us being poor, we got a point away to Watford and even though we were poor yesterday we got a point and gained a point on Leicester. It’s not over. 13-3-1 in 17 games. We shouldn’t be dramatic here. Which players have got us to where we are since the turn of the New Year? Bamford, James, Gruev, Summerville and Rutter. It’s not strange that Farke is still hoping they will continue to carry us.
4 games to go. We will get automatic.

I wrote in my post that our performances haven’t been great. Can you read? Still we only have one loss in 17 games. Did you know this? If we manage to win against Blackburn we have 14-3-1 in 18 games. Not bad for a team full of losers as it sounds like.
I keep saying, but we are not mentally or physically strong enough. Rutter, Bamford, Kamara, James, Firpo, simply not goid enough. I could mention one or two others. In midfield we are far to open and weak, there is no structure there, but this has been the case for at least four season’s. I said from day one that Rutter was a waste of money. Somerville would have to do much better if he went to the Premier league, because at the moment he is a one trick pony, cut inside and shoot. We are miles away from being a mentally, physically consistent solid team. Too many show ponies.

The players performance in that first half especially treated it like it was a pre season game with hardly any urgency whatsoever to get after Sunderland which caused the end result that really annoyed me overall last night #abysmal 🤬
You can’t blame Rutter for loosing the ball all the time when him and Cre are the only players trying to get the ball forward , no matter how good they are, they’re easy to take out of the game when they’re only 2 moving forward. rutter looked better later in the game when he had more attack minded players on the pitch with him

Maybe if defenders weren't allowed to punch the ball we might score the odd corner as for the lineup subs don't forget quite a few are not 100% and can only manage so many minutes.
