Ngl, i think pebble is better than goob. Goob's ability might be good, but also pebbles ability can save people, by dragging aggro off the person getting chased. Goob's stealth its better, but pebble's ability drains his stealth, and also gives the twisteds his location. Also pebble with speed trinkets, can outwalk T.Pebble, while goob cant distract him. This is just my opinion, but i think pebbles is just overall better

personally, i think looey + tisha are the best distractors because they’re both all-rounders. They can extract and distract whenever you need to, and both are very cheap (and if you start as poppy you’re able to buy looey pretty quickly). tisha is also a supporter bc of her ability

Imo i think goob is the best. He has good movement speed and good stamina. Also he has a 3 star skill check and 2 star extraction speed which yeah he can't extract that well but incase someone else isnt doing the machine he can fill in
In my opinion, Pebble is the best. Thanks to his speed, I’m pretty sure that you can use veemote instead of speedy shoes, keeping dog plush, and because of veemote he is able to give his team a 1-machine “headstart” on every floor. While other distractors, like Goob, need speedy shoes to distract faster twisteds. (I’m not the best at dw so a lot of this info may be false)
Sprout is well rounded, can be healer, extracter, or even distracter. But the sprouts on my team must SUCK. Also when i got to my highest floor (21) our distracter was a goob with the spaghetti skin. Lemme just say i will forever believe goobs our the best distracter now. BRO YOU DONT BELIEVE ME HE ONLY NEEDED LIKE 2 HEALS OUT OF 21 FLOORS 😭

Great vid, I can tell u put effort into this! my opinions however differ largely, but no hate! my tier list: 8. Razzle and Dazzle (D Tier) Yeah, I agree, the passive, makes his consistency bad. 7. Brightney (C Tier) Sure, her stealth may be great for kiting, but the speed really undermines her, you cant deny it. not saying its hard to kite commons, but overall offers not-so-great consistency. Even if your good with her, toods, shelly, pebble, vee and others will still trouble you. And just harder than toons with more speed. 6. Tisha (B Tier) F Tier is really underserving. The speed already gives her more consistency than the prev two, and the stam is rlly not an issue. And yes, her ability isn't all that great for distracting, but it does have a small niche: in the possible situation in which someone else takes aggro and you are unable to de-aggro, you can at least boost their speed, potientally aiding their escape. 5. Flutter (B Tier) Yeah, same reasons as you. 4. Sprout (B Tier) Sprout is better than Flutter slightly in this role, let me explain why: Sprout's active: Like Tisha's, this has a niche with healing your teammate should they take aggro and get hurt. Not getting too many tapes is also not much of a problem, if your distracting, then your teammates most likely wont get hurt. But dont forget: '...tell me who are you going to heal? yourself?' famous last words man, just get cosmo to heal u and heal cosmo. but even if u dont have a cosmo, sprout is still better than flutter... cause his passive! Seeing where ur teammates are is REALLY helpful for a distractor, and is not something to take for granted. Like some comments state, allows for self EAEs and figure out where other toons are so u dont close in on them, possibly losing aggro. And stats wise, Sprout has the same stats but one more star in stam, so its obv better. 3. Goob (A Tier) Same reasons, but his ability aint trash, its amazing. 2. Looey (A Tier) 2 HP Looey has extra speed, and speed makes all the difference in comfort, but Looey needs to be 2 HP. HP makes more of a difference... Still, we can consider Looey's 1 HP form as a bail, which Goob may not be able to do as efficiently. Others are same reasons. 1. Pebble (S Tier) Yes, I am a Pebb bias, but Im also a Goob and Looey bias. (and sprout and tisha.) Pebble has the best speed, apart from 1 HP Looey. But 1 HP Looey has, well, 1 HP. One mistake and your doomed. Pebble has 2 HP for great speed, and while speed makes the difference, HP makes THE difference. Also, Pebbles active and passive, his active being able to CONSTANTLY de-aggro Twisteds, something that Looey and Goob cant guarantee from other 2 star or lower stealth Toons. His passive being able to guide him to items, where getting some such as heals or smoke bombs earlier than the other kiters could get them may just save his life.
In my ipinion looey is the best distractor! Why? Pro: low steath His passive Fastest toon (yep faster than pebble) Con: the side effects are being in one heart is a challenge but hes incredibly fast

Fun fact, looey is actually naturally faster then 5 star movement toons at 1 hp, bcuz instead of his speed turning into 20 walk and 30 run speed, he actually gets a 40% on his average speed stats (20% per heart lost) which ends up bypassing the 5 star movement stats, he actually gets 21 walk and 35 run speed at 1 hp

Thing is, you don’t account for the price of the distractor. Flutter and goob are decently priced for 4 stars in both speed and stam. Rnd is way too expensive but unique and useable. Pebble is op but expensive. Sprout too, but, 2 hearts and only 4 speed, ehhhhhhh…… Tisha is cheap as dirt and I used to main her a realllly long time ago. Overall, yeah Goob is still the best.

Distracting is just there as an OPTION for tisha, but it doesn't mean she's good for it, atleast compared to other distractors. I mean it makes sense, being an all-rounder means you're generally not very good at one particular thing, but have a wide arsenal of options. With tisha, sure, her 4 star movement speed aids in the possibility of distracting, but only having speed as a factor is bad when compared to other distractors who have Good Stealth Good Stamina And useful abilities She's niche for distracting in comparison, but she's not bad because she has niche versatility. Same with extracting, where she's not the GREATEST(2 star extraction speed) but it's an option if you're using magnifying glass and participation award
Looey is on s+ for the following reasons I belive 1: 2 star stealth 2: his passive is bugged so when your on 1 hp your above 5 stars in movement 3:he is a all rounder 4:good stamina 5: he requires all mastery on poppy wich by then people will have at least 10 braincells Note that this Is just a prediction Edit: 4 was supposed to be DECENT walkspeed btw
I distracted Vee, Pebble and dandy as a goofy ah armed goob, (i loosed 4-5, yes i healed myself) And it was all on floor 18 with 10 MACHINES, it was a nightmare, but i made it, luckly we haved 2 Astros that gaved me the speed, and a brightney who showed me where are the twisted (yes it was all in a blackout) 2cosmos 1sprout and a distractor extractor back up pebble
In my opinion it's VERY situtional (idk if spelt wrong) i think you should use pebbles if playing with 2 or more mains or just experienced players in general aswell as a healer goob for public lobbys unless there's a backup i d pick goob in that case(use goob to help any new players!)

i feel like pebble is the better version if your playing with a mid-good team, and goob is only better if your playing in a bad team. Why? Because goob has less stealth meaning less risk for the team, but stealth doesnt matter as long as the other people stay out of your way. I would say pebble in general is way better because of his speed, with his extra speed he can distract all twisted toons easily except pebbles, finn, and shrimpo (pebbles is obvious [is easier to be distracted with normal pebble though], while shimpo and finn are just annoying bc their so dang slow).
BRO WDYM S+ this was a good video and I agreed with Most of it but with Looey he has to be on 1 heart to MATCH pebble and if you want to only have 2 hearts then it’s a downgraded version of goob plus being on 1 heart is so bad literally his ONLY con is having 1 less stealth that’s it (plus he also has less stamina than goob and pebble and 1 health with bad stamina is not a good combination)
This toon gains 7 runspeed at 1 hp. You can't be saying that 5.4 walkspeed and 7 run speed is better than 5 walk speed and another run speed lower than looeys.

I think Teagan can distract too because the stealth is same as Goob and the active ability is heal themselves which makes they can and they have a decent stamina.😃 (tier B as Brightney or A but lower than Flutter)
Looey’s the glass cannon of distractors, making savoury charm mandatory on him, goob can’t outwalk twisted pebble and flutter has high stealth and no abilities to save other players if they’re low stealth
looey can distract at 3 hearts and outwalk twisteds (if you don't believe me, check the next video i'm going to upload), and only looey can outwalk t.pebble, so idk
Looey gets 1 more star in his speed stats depending on the amount of hearts he have. 2 hearts is 4 star speed, and 1 heart is 5 star speed, and due to his low stealth he's way better than Goob. And you can distract with him while still on 3 hearts! you just have to sprint from time to time. But distracting as Looey is a high risk too! so make sure you have a bandage or health-kit by your side.
@Sproutah so by using dog plush and speedy shoe at 1 heart he gain 61.7% walkspeed and 47% runspeed which is 24.25 walkspeed and 36.5 runspeed, you can replace speedy shoe with clownhorn or ribbon spool to get 69.4% walkspeed which is 25.41. this mean he can outwalk twisted pebble
I think that Looey is the best distractor, his stealth is the same as Goob's and he's faster than him even with 2 hearts. (Yes, if you didn't know Looey has 18 and not 17.5 walk speed at 2 hearts.. for some reason)
Looey is the best 100%. Pros: Cheap - all you need is 1000 ichor and poppy mastery, which is easy. Low stealth - Only brightney can aggro Fast: Five star movement speed at 1 hp Three HP: he can mostly stay on two to distract, but he allows for mistakes unlike pebbles. Cons: Need dog plush to be effective, though can be used without. Needs to be low for his ability I can’t think of any others ngl
Goob have a Con: His speed isn't faster than Shelly, Toodles And Flutter. So the best distractor team is Pebble and Goob in my eyes. 1.Pebble: Pebble will be back up distractor. Because just like i said, Shelly them are too fast, but isn't faster than Pebble. Pebble also can be a gps(guide Sprout tapes and useless items). 2.Goob: Goob have 2 heart Stealth and the most best part: His ability, sometime some people have to go away from keyboard. His ability can move someone into his position. If we don't have Goob, We have to prime to protect them. That will cause distractor to have tremendous pressure.
Actually, with stamina buffering, it's really easy to distract toodles and shelly. That's why "stamina" is a factor(because distractors who may not be able to distract a fast twisted can with a good amount of stamina)
@Sproutahlooey would be a great distractor if... Losing health weren't a factor. Poppy, the starter toon, is considered one of the worst in the game. But her stats aren't bad, they're completely balanced? Well everyone says so because of her *ability* It's considered USELESS because you need to get hit to use it, except for a niche situation where you can get some distance if there is a high floor. But with a bad ability and niche stats, getting to a high floor is not as easy. What does this have to do with looey you ask? Simple: It's basically a buffed version of poppy's ability with the same inherent flaw. A permanent speed boost that allows distraction, but the issue is that you need to get hit, and sacrificing your life for pebs' level of speed is JUST not worth it. You would need to have insane reaction time with a band on ready or a healer on standby, so you get healed before you can die. But why put that much effort when you're a toon who can already extract easily? Looey is not the best distractor by any means. Maybe once you're on 2 or 1 HP, but then there are other distractors where that risk just isn't necessary to be a good distractor. I's say he's C tier like Sprout: Use at your own risk and only distract when your team really needs it.
Any 4 star toon can distract pebs. You just need to find a straight obstacle to loop, and be careful from straying from it. Simple as that. Make sure your timing is good, that's all.

Fun fact, looey is actually naturally faster then 5 star movement toons at 1 hp, bcuz instead of his speed turning into 20 walk and 30 run speed, he actually gets a 40% on his average speed stats (20% per heart lost) which ends up bypassing the 5 star movement stats, he actually gets 21 walk and 35 run speed at 1 hp
that's 5.4 stars of walk speed and 7 stars of run speed

15 + 40% = 21 walk speed

Thing is, you don’t account for the price of the distractor. Flutter and goob are decently priced for 4 stars in both speed and stam. Rnd is way too expensive but unique and useable. Pebble is op but expensive. Sprout too, but, 2 hearts and only 4 speed, ehhhhhhh…… Tisha is cheap as dirt and I used to main her a realllly long time ago. Overall, yeah Goob is still the best.

Yup, but there are way better options, overall almost everytime it's better to use her as a support, and not as a distractor, just like sprout
Distracting is just there as an OPTION for tisha, but it doesn't mean she's good for it, atleast compared to other distractors.
I mean it makes sense, being an all-rounder means you're generally not very good at one particular thing, but have a wide arsenal of options.
With tisha, sure, her 4 star movement speed aids in the possibility of distracting, but only having speed as a factor is bad when compared to other distractors who have
Good Stealth
Good Stamina
And useful abilities
She's niche for distracting in comparison, but she's not bad because she has niche versatility.
Same with extracting, where she's not the GREATEST(2 star extraction speed) but it's an option if you're using magnifying glass and participation award

And it was all on floor 18 with 10 MACHINES, it was a nightmare, but i made it, luckly we haved 2 Astros that gaved me the speed, and a brightney who showed me where are the twisted (yes it was all in a blackout) 2cosmos 1sprout and a distractor extractor back up pebble
In my opinion it's VERY situtional (idk if spelt wrong) i think you should use pebbles if playing with 2 or more mains or just experienced players in general aswell as a healer goob for public lobbys unless there's a backup i d pick goob in that case(use goob to help any new players!)

i feel like pebble is the better version if your playing with a mid-good team, and goob is only better if your playing in a bad team. Why? Because goob has less stealth meaning less risk for the team, but stealth doesnt matter as long as the other people stay out of your way. I would say pebble in general is way better because of his speed, with his extra speed he can distract all twisted toons easily except pebbles, finn, and shrimpo (pebbles is obvious [is easier to be distracted with normal pebble though], while shimpo and finn are just annoying bc their so dang slow).
BRO WDYM S+ this was a good video and I agreed with Most of it but with Looey he has to be on 1 heart to MATCH pebble and if you want to only have 2 hearts then it’s a downgraded version of goob plus being on 1 heart is so bad literally his ONLY con is having 1 less stealth that’s it (plus he also has less stamina than goob and pebble and 1 health with bad stamina is not a good combination)
This toon gains 7 runspeed at 1 hp. You can't be saying that 5.4 walkspeed and 7 run speed is better than 5 walk speed and another run speed lower than looeys.
And having less stealth is a good thing for distractors

personally i dont like goob as a distractor since while he has great stats, he basically doesn’t have an ability at all since you cant EVER use it while distracting
i like the active because if someone goes afk, you can pull him into the elevator, instead of having to wait till he comes back

I think Teagan can distract too because the stealth is same as Goob and the active ability is heal themselves which makes they can and they have a decent stamina.😃 (tier B as Brightney or A but lower than Flutter)

Looey gets 1 more star in his speed stats depending on the amount of hearts he have. 2 hearts is 4 star speed, and 1 heart is 5 star speed, and due to his low stealth he's way better than Goob. And you can distract with him while still on 3 hearts! you just have to sprint from time to time. But distracting as Looey is a high risk too! so make sure you have a bandage or health-kit by your side.

@Sproutah so by using dog plush and speedy shoe at 1 heart he gain 61.7% walkspeed and 47% runspeed which is 24.25 walkspeed and 36.5 runspeed, you can replace speedy shoe with clownhorn or ribbon spool to get 69.4% walkspeed which is 25.41. this mean he can outwalk twisted pebble

Three HP: he can mostly stay on two to distract, but he allows for mistakes unlike pebbles.
Cons:
Need dog plush to be effective, though can be used without.
Needs to be low for his ability

So the best distractor team is Pebble and Goob in my eyes.
1.Pebble: Pebble will be back up distractor. Because just like i said, Shelly them are too fast, but isn't faster than Pebble. Pebble also can be a gps(guide Sprout tapes and useless items).
2.Goob: Goob have 2 heart Stealth and the most best part: His ability, sometime some people have to go away from keyboard. His ability can move someone into his position. If we don't have Goob, We have to prime to protect them. That will cause distractor to have tremendous pressure.

Actually, with stamina buffering, it's really easy to distract toodles and shelly.
That's why "stamina" is a factor(because distractors who may not be able to distract a fast twisted can with a good amount of stamina)

But her stats aren't bad, they're completely balanced?
Well everyone says so because of her *ability*
It's considered USELESS because you need to get hit to use it, except for a niche situation where you can get some distance if there is a high floor.
But with a bad ability and niche stats, getting to a high floor is not as easy.
What does this have to do with looey you ask?
Simple: It's basically a buffed version of poppy's ability with the same inherent flaw. A permanent speed boost that allows distraction, but the issue is that you need to get hit, and sacrificing your life for pebs' level of speed is JUST not worth it. You would need to have insane reaction time with a band on ready or a healer on standby, so you get healed before you can die. But why put that much effort when you're a toon who can already extract easily?
Looey is not the best distractor by any means. Maybe once you're on 2 or 1 HP, but then there are other distractors where that risk just isn't necessary to be a good distractor. I's say he's C tier like Sprout: Use at your own risk and only distract when your team really needs it.

Any 4 star toon can distract pebs. You just need to find a straight obstacle to loop, and be careful from straying from it. Simple as that. Make sure your timing is good, that's all.

If you have a good device you won't lag, making goob the best. And with looey you can also distract having 3 hearts, , so it's not that big of a risk.

Goobs ability can change to 100 second cooldown but you can pull with no start up and pull over obstacles
