To use the phone (android only). Automatically is set for 2 NFC cards. You need to delete one so the phone can be paired.
How do you pair the phone tho?
Go on P settings and where it says NFC. Delete one of the cards. Turn on NFC on the phone. Go back to the P settings, it will show 1 (meaning only 1 card paired) bring your phone close to the display. When it's paired, will display a 2.
Does the phone has to be on a specific screen?
Thank you very much, I use an NFC ring to unlock my Vsett. This model arrives in a couple of days and I was wondering about the process and if it was possible to pair external devices. 🤙
Can’t believe this beast of a scooter has such a wimpy bell.
I just purchased a electric horn for under $15. Plenty loud and clips to handle bar.
Just got my first scooter (g30lp) a few wks ago and im already doing research on my upgrade. Its a toss up between this and the emove cruiser S. I'm leaning towards this, but I live in a 3rd floor apartment so the 25 lbs lighter emove sounds enticing as well.
you can put the card in your phone case if you have a shell. just need a piece of it

Right now i just see the weight as an issue with most new scooters that look good to get, i have one beasty already that is 31 kg, already i think thats weight is on the heavy side, but it seems like beasty scooters just get more and more heavy, hopefully in the future they go towards more slim beasty scooters or that the batteriets become smaller so they can lower the weight, but yeah scootering is a blessing so the weight might be worth it, 😎

I would ask what age group of adults you think would get full use out of this? What fitness level and motor function would a person need to get good use of its full ability ? probably not for the senior age group if a couch potato 250 lb slow guy.
Does anyone know how low is the voltage cutoff???

Non iPhone compatible makes it a no-hoper for an volume sales
80# means it needs a T-handle fold out that allows one to grab it by the handle in the folded mode and trail I t on the back wheel. That wold allow pulling it like travel luggage. This is high priority.
I love everything else about it. I’d order one if it were on the market.

Great review, I’ve had mine two years and love it, I’ve taken on trails and flat road. 38 mph is fastest I’ve got it up to. Fun in Az !
30mph is plenty fast when you’re essentially just standing on a couple of shopping cart sized wheels!

Same as a motorcycle except in a crash you might be thrown clear. In either case, always wear all the gear. Helmet, padded jacket, long tip stop pants, rugged footgear, gloves.
It’s not that tough. You get used to it. Beats sliding on pavement unprotected.
And remember, if you don’t think you need a helmet, you probably don’t.

Hey. 10 inch tires are not the same as a motorcycle, at all. If these are 3.5 inches wide that is certainly an upgrade over the original, but it is still a small diameter for high speeds (on unknown roads, or roads after a heavy rain that could've wiped some road away).
Yeah i have a beasty one but i rarely go above 40-45 KM/H, its like when i come up to 60 km/h i am relazing i standing on a plate and its not worth but speeding up for a shorter period moment and feel the adreline is worth it anyhow for a sort moment is worth every penny, 😎

Thank you for the quick response. So I go into the "P" settings scroll down to P08 (Brake Level) and then set to #2 and the regen should be the highest right? sorry to be a pest.
I checked Varla web page and doesn't say anything about the regen brake, ¿Does someone know if the scooter actually has regen brake?
Yes this model definitely does. It can be adjusted with a P08 setting from 0-2

Any issues? Considering this scooter, but there are so many to choose from. Did you by chance getting that optional wide deck that is in the accessories section of their website? And finally, do you think there’s enough slack in the cables to add a riser to make the handlebars higher? Thanks for your help.
Not sure what you mean about the extra wide deck accessory but not much slack in the wiring.
There’s a replaceable maple wider deck on their website. Making the deck approximately 13.8 wide.
It's a coinflip when buying from China. I ended up getting sent a broken scooter, and after contacting support, they just sent me broken replacement parts. Its been a nightmare putting in the hours installing the new parts just to discover they are also broken.
