- ألقى رئيس المكتب السياسي لحركة حماس إسماعيل هنية كلمة كشف فيها تفاصيل موقف الحركة من مفاوضات وقف إطلاق النار والتطورات في غزة. وفي كلمته التي هنأ بها الشعب الفلسطيني والأمة بمناسبة حلول شهر رمضان المبارك، قال هنية إن الحركة قدمت مقاربة لإنهاء الاحتلال في الضفة وغزة وإقامة الدولة الفلسطينية.

Much respect to this man Mr Haniya and the Palestinian resistance movement as a whole.
Their demands are more than reasonable. In fact, what they stand for as a political party is more than reasonable. A return to the 1967 borders, an end to the occupation and the right of return for Palestinians in exile. What is so wrong with those clear terms which is everything that this political party stands for. They are fair and reasonable and these are the basic rights of the Palestinian people.
Dear Sir, we do not care what the Western countries label your party. Now they call you 'terrorists'. Those of us, and there are many of us, who choose to think outside of the box and see beyond the propaganda know that this is all false and it is a lie. This is a party that stands for freedom and resistance. They tried, like all movements do, to protest for their rights without arms. But unfortunately the occupation responded with butchery and brutality. Therefore they had no option but to form an armed wing of the party. Resistance and freedom fighters. Just as did Nelson Mandela and the ANC when they fought against apartheid, occupation and oppression. Remember, they labelled Mandela and the ANC terrorists too. But changed that when the narrative suited the West (the imperialistic narrative).
For those of you who are brainwashed enough to think that this party and these freedom fighters are the bad guys- then I feel sorry for you. It is sad that you lack critical thinking skills and the ability to research and seek out information for yourself. Especially in this age of technology where information and truth is so readily available.
With the greatest respect to you, may I suggest that you subtitle all of your speeches with English. There are many people around the world who want to understand what you are saying. Allow your message to reach every corner of the world. This way, you will raise more awareness of the Palestinian cause. People want to understand. And if all the videos released by your party and by the resistance were subtitled with English you would reach a wider audience. I have been blessed to learn the Arabic language and was able to understand this very powerful and eloquent speech. Please allow others the privilege to understand what you are saying as there are curious minds seeking the truth.
As a person living in the West, I must say respectfully that I truly admire the resilience of the Palestinian people and their fight for freedom ever since the theft of their land in 1948. Even now, when they have lost their homes, livelihoods and children, they still say 'alhamdulilah' (praise be to God). The resilience of the Palestinian people is down to their loyal and true belief in Islam. This in turn has led to curious minds seeking out this religion that has kept these people strong in the most horrendous of circumstances. This had led to thousands of conversions to Islam. This is down to witnessing the belief of the Palestinians in their faith in Islam and how this religion has given them so much strength that even after the loss of life they say 'God is Great' and 'praise be to God'. The plight of the Palestinians has brought people to seek out Islam. More recently for example, the American activist Shaun King and his wife - both ardent supporters of the Palestinian cause.
The greatest respect to you oh people of Gaza and all the Palestinians in the occupied territories and to the ones in exile. People such as this man, Mr Haniya, who cannot live on his own land due to threats to his own life and the life of his family.
Solidarity with the Palestinian cause. Solidarity with the Palestinian freedom and resistance fighters against this illegal and cowardly occupation.

Much respect to this man Mr Haniya and the Palestinian resistance movement as a whole.
Their demands are more than reasonable. In fact, what they stand for as a political party is more than reasonable. A return to the 1967 borders, an end to the occupation and the right of return for Palestinians in exile. What is so wrong with those clear terms which is everything that this political party stands for. They are fair and reasonable and these are the basic rights of the Palestinian people.
Dear Sir, we do not care what the Western countries label your party. Now they call you 'terrorists'. Those of us, and there are many of us, who choose to think outside of the box and see beyond the propaganda know that this is all false and it is a lie. This is a party that stands for freedom and resistance. They tried, like all movements do, to protest for their rights without arms. But unfortunately the occupation responded with butchery and brutality. Therefore they had no option but to form an armed wing of the party. Resistance and freedom fighters. Just as did Nelson Mandela and the ANC when they fought against apartheid, occupation and oppression. Remember, they labelled Mandela and the ANC terrorists too. But changed that when the narrative suited the West (the imperialistic narrative).
For those of you who are brainwashed enough to think that this party and these freedom fighters are the bad guys- then I feel sorry for you. It is sad that you lack critical thinking skills and the ability to research and seek out information for yourself. Especially in this age of technology where information and truth is so readily available.
With the greatest respect to you, may I suggest that you subtitle all of your speeches with English. There are many people around the world who want to understand what you are saying. Allow your message to reach every corner of the world. This way, you will raise more awareness of the Palestinian cause. People want to understand. And if all the videos released by your party and by the resistance were subtitled with English you would reach a wider audience. I have been blessed to learn the Arabic language and was able to understand this very powerful and eloquent speech. Please allow others the privilege to understand what you are saying as there are curious minds seeking the truth.
As a person living in the West, I must say respectfully that I truly admire the resilience of the Palestinian people and their fight for freedom ever since the theft of their land in 1948. Even now, when they have lost their homes, livelihoods and children, they still say 'alhamdulilah' (praise be to God). The resilience of the Palestinian people is down to their loyal and true belief in Islam. This in turn has led to curious minds seeking out this religion that has kept these people strong in the most horrendous of circumstances. This had led to thousands of conversions to Islam. This is down to witnessing the belief of the Palestinians in their faith in Islam and how this religion has given them so much strength that even after the loss of life they say 'God is Great' and 'praise be to God'. The plight of the Palestinians has brought people to seek out Islam. More recently for example, the American activist Shaun King and his wife - both ardent supporters of the Palestinian cause.
The greatest respect to you oh people of Gaza and all the Palestinians in the occupied territories and to the ones in exile. People such as this man, Mr Haniya, who cannot live on his own land due to threats to his own life and the life of his family.
Solidarity with the Palestinian cause. Solidarity with the Palestinian freedom and resistance fighters against this illegal and cowardly occupation.
