An honest mechanic could make a killing these days, seeings how word gets around. There's one honest mechanic shop in the town i live in and they're always 2 weeks backed up. They have 3 generations of reputation going for them. They fix cars "on the cheap" whenever they can.. they tell you and show you exactly what needs done right now to get running & what MIGHT need done some day in the future. 100% honest family business. And they have never ending customers, 5 star google rating, ppl even TIP them. They will show receipts for parts & add a reasonable labor fee. They make a great living just being honest with their customers. Need more mechanics out there opening their own lil garages.
That sounds cool. Especially showing receipts for the parts. So many tradesman (unlike the ones you describe) inflate the cost of parts to sneak some extra labour money in there, as well as adding on the official labour cost.
The last guy is a clown, just ask for the rim guy is not the owner of a multimillion dollar company. Look at the dragons, it’s not Jim the restaurant guy
You must be on something or you should be or back in hospital psych ward and locked up. The restaurant guy is Boston Pizza . You must be the last guy standing desolate keep your comments to yourself not helpful but mean. Go away!
I also feel like his claims of having lambos and big houses was a lie. He was a manager of a car shop. That's not big money. Not even close. This guy is full of shit lol
The problem with allowing dealers to show ur business sticker as a seal of approval is nothing is keeping those dealers honest after they get your list , who gauentees those deallers are fixing what you say meeds done .
20:11 "New cars some with nice rims now, in this day and age who's buying rims?" Spoken like a true non-car person. I bet despite being a multi millionaire, her daily is a BMW X5.
Her point is that the mass part of the market doesn’t buy a car they can barely afford and then buy new parts that are purely cosmetic. Plus the guy was a scammer. Not hard to look up
She was 100% correct. This guy is bringing nothing new and he's not even offering that great of a service. Almost no one buys rims and tires are a extremely competitive market.
His energy was fantastic! His tone however, was condescending, know-it-all, and exactly what everyone hates about salesmen. If that's your hair and the way you groom yourself, there's nothing about you that I'll take seriously. Hood rats want rims, and that's fairly limited. You can get a new tire anywhere, and be within $5 of everybody else. The big problem is that we buy a new tire when it's an emergency and lose half a day at work just getting it taken care of. It's an emergency thing, and your car might be stuck right where it is. You want a solution, not a deal. You should always buy tires 2 or 4 at a time. Keep your spare as your spare. Most of the people that are buying rims, aren't terribly worried about catching their zoom meeting in shirt and tie, at 6 PM.
@@shiningfractal4514 old or no they are not wrong, most people buying rims are coco hood rats that put all their money into their shitty car while living in a cheep hood apartment smelling of Popeyes and coco butter.
@@JustinColumbieWhat are you talking about he was 100% correct. CAA is a way better service for roadside assistance and every car has a spare and or a donut. No one really buys rims. Definitely not the guys trying to make it to a zoom meeting lmao
First pitch might be the best pitch I have seen in any show of this type. The fact dealerships are buying into it makes it seem like a done deal
That first one is such a great idea! Car buying/repairs are so overwhelming for me and I always feel like I’m getting ripped off lol
Bro that Insta Car dude was amazing. He deserves free beer for the rest of his life

I wish I had a product/business so I could go on DD and Manjit could tell me I'm a pissant and she's so much better than me.

Parking used to be free. Then greed came and now it is a multi billion dollar business worldwide.
Still free in the majority of the world
Water was free also.... and technically still is, for now anyway
Funny thing is I've never heard of that app so it maybe didn't do so well? Lol
