Thanks for being upfront and transparent. I like these "self-reflection" videos more as it constantly reminds us that being a YT-er is difficult. If I'm gonna suggest something with the unboxing videos, just go straight to reviewing the product itself because most people nowadays have an attention span of a goldfish. 😅
I can relate to the burnout, I'm having struggles with segregating my mind when it comes to creating videos for myself > clients 😅
And the funny thing with all of this is I get paid better (and fast) with video editing for other people compared to trying to monetize my channel.
The market's tough but it is what it is. 😅

Dude! What’s super surprising is the unboxings have the highest retention during the unboxings in my experience! I guess it’s a niche crowd 😀
Agree with the client work for sure. There, we’re paid for value directly, whereas we’re getting pooled advertising money here.
