Again. MCR should start considering building other communities outside California. Hawaii would be a good 2nd location. Then Canada (province of Ontario near Toronto).
The architects sensibilities are so spot on...FOR ME. Using mostly warm rich woods and stone. Less metal visible. Less white walls. Wood being the dominant material. The chief material. Making for a warm, casually elegant interior.
Only features I'm not seeing still is...custom home theatre room, large gym and a walk-in wine cellar. 3'd have in MY dream home. And expect in a home of this magnitude. Everything else....spot on!1
