Technation Event Recap

Columbus State held a first-of-its-kind “Technation Day" on April 10 in Mitchell Hall. It was designed to give potential students an insider’s view of the college’s Engineering Technology programs and to help them take the next step in enrolling. Roughly 100 people heard a panel discussion with industry leaders from Intel and Andelyn Biosciences and Columbus State graduates with successful careers in engineering tech.
The two-hour event also included tours of learning labs led by current students and faculty, an academic pathway overview, and a scholarship presentation. Advisors and financial aid staff members were on hand to meet with individual attendees.
