No bc her death was probably one of the Agatha deaths which scarred me the most and it’s the way she told Jen “ i loved being a witch “😢and I love how Jen was willing to let her go first ❤❤
Did you all notice that the sand restarts in the hourglass when she flips the tower? , which suggests she relives her life. (Maybe in a new timeline or lived her life in reverse from when she first got her power or death) Either way she returns to her family and her old coven.
I've heard from others that are more in touch with Tarot that the Death card also means rebirth, so the hourglass flipping along with the ending scene of the episode is heavily suggesting that she's gone back to the beginning
Lilia is not dead we didnt see her body, in the comics she is the queen of the witches road and ruler of that land and i think her sacrifice will turn her to that as in this episode she was wearing a crown and the first trial was with cups, marvel.does everything for a reason i think they are introducing the ruler of the witches road, she even read for herself that she will have a miraculous transformation her sacrifice will transform her
@@DizzyCarrots it’s in fact not denial (tho i do get why you say that😭) but Lillia never experienced time linear, she always had flashes and visitied past and future, the Death tarot cars means: “Closing doors and opening doors, the cycle of life repeating itself over and over again, where there is death, there shall also be new life” and as our Calderu is a Divination witch with absolute expertise in Tarot, i think the sudden upheaval of the tower upright was what represented her death, the death tarot card, her destination, represents her rebirth
everything about this episode is amazing! even with the background music and the music cues! they did it perfectly even with the acting, patti lupone is legendary, Id say this is one of the best episode ever in an mcu series
It's amazing cause she blocked her powers when she saw her entire coven dying, and maybe it was in that moment, of that lesson, and since then she lives comming and going on time. Now, she accepted fate as it is. You could say that all of her story until now was just young Lilia learning to control her power and accept her future.
I don't think that's how it works, unfortunately. The episode and her entire arc was about seeing her future, her death, and excepting it's inevitability. To end that with a "time loop" doesn't make sense. She's experienced all of her time flahes, and she's all out. Younger her was very coherent. So it wasn't her flashing back. If it was, it would have shown patti lapone in the courtyard. I think it was more a poetic ending for the audience to help us feel as content as lilia did right before she died ❤
@@feralbumblebeeshe said it herself, that she had these gaps when she was a child. She was living her life non linearly. When the tower flipped, so did the timer, so she got to go back.
@@feralbumblebee Interesting interpretation, but that's ignoring the clear time spent showing her getting what appears to be extra time. The shot was gorgeous, so why linger on the time? This episode specifically has so many shots that are 100% necessary so it seems intentional. I don't see it as ending with a time loop. More like, loop closed. Not only that, i don't believe she would have shown up as Patti either. That undermines the time she missed during her gaps and the idea of her going back and forth. I see it as her going back and now living her life in proper sequence. Whether just the gaps or her entire life? Dunno.
@@pookiesis1465 ok? even if this was the case, does not change the fact that she is dead in present time and will continue to be dead. Living your life over and over again sounds like torture, you'd never know peace.
From her POV it might not be seen as a sacrifice rather a culmination of her life. She spent her entire life spacing out randomly. In that final moment it looked like she finally grasped full control over her form of time slipping. . If she can freely travel along her timeline then it all finally makes sense. Sure, she loses the future beyond her death but as her granny said "Death comes for us all eventually."
I don't know if anyone noticed but they only showed 5/7 of the Salem witches been killed, maybe 2 of them survived that fall and are still in the show (crow and owl), that's just my guess and observation 🤔 😅 lol
Well knowing the show they might bring all of them back and somehow they all survived that fall, cause they are very old powerful witches just like Agatha.
I don’t think Lilia was reborn-this is meant to symbolize that she viewed her own life out of sequence, as she said. Her last moments were her first lesson with her tutor.
Oh how we love foreshadowing :( Sharon: “Oh, bury me in that kitchen” - Sharon Alice: “Alice, Alice don’t try to save Agatha!” - Lillia Lillia: “Focuss up Calderu, we can be culturally offended later” - Jenn She got buried in that kitchen, she did save Agatha and she couldn’t be culturally offended later :(
Ok someone Help please I can't find the video of Cinepals reacting to Agatha All Along I SEARCHED SO MUCH WHERE IS THE VIDEO 😭 someone please share the link or something
Ok BUT I’m just saying…we don’t actually see Lilia’s body. But we DID see Alice’s body as well as see her move on with Death…we don’t see that with Lilia…👀
Man, she's just a support character and this... GUTTED ME. That's the difference between an actress and a legend. Patti is just so good.
Dude yeah the way she said some lines had me in my feels, sad to see her talent go.
@@DizzyCarrots Patti Lupone?

"I *loved* being a witch."
The fact that she said it in past tense lets you know that she knows she's at the end. 😓
Didn't even pick that up until ur comment 😭 gut wrenching 😢
If you had told me that "I loved being a witch" would be the most badass declaration I'd hear this year, I'd have laughed in your face.
the part she placed the cards is amazing as well :D very well made episode :)
Give Jac Shaeffer, Patti Lupone and the team ALL THE AWARDS for this episode. Absolutely buzzing for the finale!
It’s been a week and I’m still crying.

Noviembre 7th and i'm still crying
Even though I didn't emotionally connect to Lilia throughout the show, even this episode, I will acknowledge that Lilia went out like a boss.
She doesn't experiece time in a linear manner, she's probably living it up in her past.

@ dude, calm down. Its just a tv show.
Мой любимый эпизод. Он шикарен, как и сама Лилия 😢❤

Only now did I notice the yellow magic running down her hand and 'charging' the card. Like a freakin' boss

Owl and coyote. We saw the crow fly in.

I counted 6
Definitely only counted 5. There has to be someone left over for the group to fight. Rio notwithstanding.
we only saw 5 bodies. 2 of the salem 7 can fly. rip lila you were so loved
The music of this episode was amazing! It was reminiscent of the music when Buffy sacrificed herself for Dawn.

She was the best witch 😢 Her power was amazing.
A end… and a beginning.
I really hope she isn’t dead since Rio didn’t claim her.
“Please tell me she doesnt die in this outfit” that comment took me out lmaooo
it was so clever how the episodes (and Lilia) ends with her beginning
Patti was the reason I watched Agatha to the end
Lilia's outro was so iconic.. Like a Real Sucessful Witch to embrace your end through the magical bind of Tarot cards ❤
Tommy will save her before she hits the swords.
It amazes me how all these reactors think the seven are floating....THEY ARE FALLING...Lilia FLIPPED THE TOWER OVER. How hard is this to understand?
Hush.
2:31 💀🤣 I will find them and sub just fer that
Who are they I've been tryna find them 😂

Did anyone else feel like they're so left their body after lillia passed away

Alice: “Alice, Alice don’t try to save Agatha!” - Lillia
Lillia: “Focuss up Calderu, we can be culturally offended later” - Jenn

Last one isn't really foreshadowing, is it.
Honestly l liked Jenn response
So, I guess, maybe she also vanished before she hit the knives as just she gained what she went into the witches road for???
Lilia Yu-Gi-Oed the Salem 7
