I can understand the advantage for cooking small amounts compared to using a full sized oven but, is there any gain compared to using a combination 'microwave' oven for convection cooking?

This is a good programme , I listen what is interesting to me.I have an air fryer, I am on my own so the air fryer combined with your surface cooking is good but for family occasions I return to the oven , and probably combine.
