Десерт очень вкусный. Готовлю такой часто, только реально готовится минут 20+ время на охлаждение. Рекомендую любителям сладкого. В творожный крем пудру или сахар не добавляйте, он и так будет сладким от шоколада. А верх торта можно украсить свежими ягодами или кусочками фруктов, или сухофруктов. Лайк.

You could probably use cream cheese instead of Mascarpone. Other recipes I have read say you can do that. Not quite as creamy though. Use graham crackers if it’s cheaper than the cookies. I always have white chocolate on hand. I’m sure that would help with making it a bit cheaper. Sorry no other substitutes unless you want a lower sugar cake. If so use your sweetener of choice. I use stevia leaf and a small amount of honey. Also to fill the void of sugar you would need to add yogurt. One person suggested leaving the sugar out all together due to the white chocolate being so sweet. If you like things a bit less sweet I might try that. Hopefully this is helpful. I tend to not worry about the cost because I don’t make desert often, and well we can afford it.
