Hello Christian, i got a 600W mini lathe and i ordered aslo the HHD6. ist this a straight hook up job and the bridge rectifier is only fo the fan? where did you take out the 12v ac out?
Hi Christian, thanks for posting the video, ive bought a mini lathe and unfortunatly it triped my breaker when i turned it on, now ive got the days and days wait for replys to sort it out, and i think they are sending me a new cable which is not the problem as ive temp repaired it and still nothing, you can just hear the NVR switch clicking, LED panel is dead too, my board is slightly different as i have the speed feedback, i think the cable from the speed sensor got trapped by the rear cover shorted to earth and zapped my board, would this board you have be compatable with mine , or do you know where i can send it for repair? TIA.
Thanks for this. My lathe has just ground to a halt. Not sure if ht has the same board but i suspect it has something similar. is there a simple test to find the fault? Goos video.
Ok, it is not worth fixing the current board, it will keep blowing up, each ebay for this board and fit it they are about £19 so buy 2 , AC 220V Input DC 0-220V Output Speed Controller Motor 1200W -10~+65℃ HHD6-G. www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HHD6-G-1200W-Input-AC220V-8A-Max-Output-DC-0-220V-Motor-Speed-Controller-50Hz/163677261055?hash=item261becccff:g:0KgAAOSw4EJczp5Z
Good morning Christian. I wonder if you can advise ? I have perched a warco lathe. And l have no power... I don't seem to be able to work out why. Any a dice would be much appreciated. Many thanks.

Hi! I was happily turning some parts on my mini lathe, just after stressing it whist drilling a 24mm hole through steel, when all the power in the house went down. Turns out it has a short to ground out of nowhere. My board is very, very similar to the one you have with the same diodes. Would a short to ground be a symptom of them burning out? Would be great if changing them is all takes to get it working again :).
Hi, Mine has just blown, but the number on mine is a68069. are the d8020l the same thing. i know nothing about electronics, and would love some help please.

Hi I am not a household electrician. The boards do blow up with pressure put on them. You need to get it tested by a professional
gracias
