Hi,
I was asked a question in a interview today that I was not able to give a proper answer.
Here is the question "Why pega suggests to use data transform over an activity. Say for, setting 10 different properties, in activities we can have single Property-Set step and include all 10 properties in the same step, but in data transform we need to have 10 different Set steps for 10 properties. Then how do you say data transform is maintainable friendly? What is specail about Data transform than activity".
Please give me an answer for this.

According to me Each of them has their own way of usage.
1. We cannot use DT in Schedulers and service rest integrations.
2. Using activity we can use obj methods to open work item but not through DT
3. DT is mainly used for data manipulation copying data .
Coming to you question, each of the rules has their own advantages as mentioned above.but dont have specific answer.
Can correct me if im wrong.
