Chuck, thank you for all of your videos. I finally purchased a Casio PX-350. I wanted a lighter keyboard for basic gigs. You are a very amiable cat. Stay groovy!
I actually have a CDP-220R but it´s time to change to someting better. Your videos on the new Privia PX 350 have been very helpful to me. Thank you so much. Congratulations you are a great pianist.
Super reviews. I watched each of your PX350 sound demos. Very informative. I am a near complete beginner. I went down to Guitar store to purchase one and noticed the speakers are covered with cloth. Like the metal speaker covers on the Yamaha p105 much better. Otherwise like the Casio better. The Yamaha doesn't have midi in/out so playing VSTs is strictly out for the Yamaha.
What I find interesting is, at least in the start, the pianos are the same grand piano samples but simply EQ'd differently. Still, a really nice choice of sounds.
Thanks for your comment. You might want to check the CasioMusicForums site... lots of knowledgeable folks there who could answer that question for you.
Thank you for your video. Do you think Casio will release the Privia PX-160 and Privia PX-360 soon ? Because they already release the PX-760 and the PX-860...
Your videos encouraged me to buy the 350 and have been helpful. Any tips on transferring accompaniment data to my DAW (Mixcraft 6). Can it be done? Is there a process. The PX-350 manual is less than helpful.
Nice review. I have a question. Does the half-pedal function work with a single pedal (which supports that function) or you need to have the comptible triple pedal?
PianoManChuck thanks! I'm sorry I didn't word it right, forgive me! I meant to say if the sounds on the PX-350 are the same on the PX-560 (especially the grand pianos). And do you know if the PX-560 had a celeste sound too?
Hello ManChuck. Sorry, I do not speak English. I wonder which is better piano. If the Yamaha DGX 650 or Casio Px 350. Please, I would appreciate your help. Well, I'm looking for a digital piano. Thank you. 1
Both pianos Casio px 350 and Yamaha dgx 650 are excellent. Your ears make you preferred combinated with function that you like best. My preferred is Casio PX 350 by the sound satisfy more my ears, Latin styles, sequencer to compose what do you want and others. Finally price new is less expensive.
anh khoi nguyen au Its called "Anymore" and is one of my original compositions. You can see the video of it here: ua-cam.com/video/Gp79RpIL8ps/v-deo.html
Really helpful, Chuck, thanks a lot for putting up the videos! You were smart to be one of the first to get a PX350.

Very good!!! the best piano sound.

14 piano? Woah thats a lot of instruments in it

Neither. Its recorded directly from the keyboard's "LINE OUTputs" into the computer soundcard's "LINE INputs".
Thanks!!
Nice review. I have a question. Does the half-pedal function work with a single pedal (which supports that function) or you need to have the comptible triple pedal?
I believe you have to use the triple pedal for that function :(

Wilson Junior Minha história é a msm, sendo que ainda vou comprar, e conversei com a Casio, e ainda vale muito a pena!

Eu também comprei o meu devido a esses vídeos e até hoje, ele é um excelente piano!
Ola...Estou querendo comprar o Px 350.
Hello chuck, what speakers or sound system are you using on this video. Thks you!
Hi, quick question, which is the max numbers of sounds you can layer together?? (with the px350)
thanks!
Is this recorded from the stock speakers or do you have an upgraded sound system?
Hi again Pianoman, do you think Casio will release a PX-350 substitute for 2014? The same happened on 2012 (PX-330---PX-350)...
Only Casio can answer that... and they're keeping quiet. We'll know at the end of January 2014 (at the NAMM show, where new products are announced).
Hey, Chuck! I know the PX560 is out now, but are all those piano sounds in the newest model?
The PX560 is the same PX560 today as it was when introduced... and always will be as long as it has that model number.
PianoManChuck thanks! I'm sorry I didn't word it right, forgive me! I meant to say if the sounds on the PX-350 are the same on the PX-560 (especially the grand pianos). And do you know if the PX-560 had a celeste sound too?
It's kinda strange...all the pianos in this have a sort of harpsichord sound to them, a little too lo-fi around the edges maybe
Hello ManChuck. Sorry, I do not speak English. I wonder which is better piano. If the Yamaha DGX 650 or Casio Px 350. Please, I would appreciate your help. Well, I'm looking for a digital piano. Thank you. 1
The better piano is whichever works best for YOU. No one else's opinion matters but your own.
