As a 55F, who happens to be legally blind since birth, you actually taught me a lot of things right here in this video!! I could actually follow along and do all of the steps you talked about. I even stripped down an extra cheap cord I had, using a safety razor and going really slow, I could use the magnifier app on my iphone as I did it, and I built my battery pack, plugged it into my mom's older iphone and I'll be damned but it actually worked!!!!!!!! OMG, Bryan, I am so excited! Thank you!! I mean, it's not like this is life changing info for me, but still, if I ever need to do this, now I know I can. AND I can teach others this hack too. You know how we get a lot of hurricanes and storms here. Constantly losing power. We have all of the generators and solar panels and stuff, but just knowing this very very VERY cheap hack is awesome.
Always charge your phone with the oem usb cable and wall adapter that comes with your phone upon purchase. obviously in a emergency you aren't going to care about possibly limiting your battery life. keeping your battery and phone as cool as you can helps with longevity. don't use phone while charging and clear background tasks for a faster charge. never let battery below 30 percent, except for once a month drain it to absolute zero. as for purchasing a pack do some research and make sure that the USB version is the exact same as your oem one. Great video as always. Building things like this is a great tool to have, real talk! hahaha. Channel is growing like a unchecked ego too, awesome man. 👍🔥💯

Never had it happen before. I charged my phones for years in prison with battery packs. But if you connect negative & positive to the wrong post you may have a problem. They cost $400-$500 in prison for a cheap $20 phone so I practiced being very careful.

I mean, there's some simple stuff that can SAVE YOUR LIFE, but if you don't know about it, or how to use or do it, it's no good to anyone! How about those poor teenagers who got lost driving to a basketball game, back in the 70's ? They split up and one of them DIED FROM STARVATION less than 10 feet from stored food and a means to prepare it, all because he just didn't know better! I was never a Boy Scout but their motto: "Be Prepared", has to be one of the best and simplest and MOST IMPORTANT!!
How many charges do you get out of each of these battery packs??? Do they charge your phone just as quickly as a wall outlet does?? This is really cool! I'm going to keep all of the stuff on hand for the next time the power goes out! Thanks, boss!
A brand new pack will charge the phone a bit quicker than a wall outlet and it will charge slower each time afterward. You should get roughly 3 charges out of a full pack. Thanks for watching.
We would tape 6-8 double AAs together in one direction take a paid of earbuds and clip the speaker parts off and attach to each end then use the other end to run our tattoo guns. We used e cigarette parts and a CD player motor to make a nice clean rig. Used Staples as needles out of the daily bread books and of course used hair gel as ink burned in that hole In the hole on the side of the toilet
this was extraordinary to me bc my ex pulled 18yrs and I wanted a genuine prison tattoo lol when he got out spent over a 100$ getting jail supplies to make a tattoo gun to do my ink work ... ingenuity my friend lol some McGyver shit hahaha
