The male dancer accidently hit Melodys mic and it flew into the audience. I dont think you can see it on this video but there are other videos of this performance and it shows it happen. Also on a video ashley posted on youtube they talk about it. But anyway thats what the noise was.
i saw them in Newcastle like days after this + honestly they were amaizng.. nicole's voice is beautiful and melody made no mistakes that i could see.. + yehh i bet they were tired.. must be hard dancing round + singing straight after.. i think they did fab
Melody said in an interview that it flew into the audience. I think that they have extra microphones on the side in case something like this happens. There's a video of Nicole's microphone flying into the audience on the Circus tour, and she grabs one that's right in front of her. It definitely wasn't the same one. Idk.. just a guess.

Mel's mic dropped because of his male backup dancer. And it was all accident it wasn't intentionally! i wish they let jessica sing the part of melody while waiting for another mic.

The other girls really never sing. Nicole has her HITS and MISSES and I think she's loosing her voice. I remember the first tour for the PCD album Nicole sounded flawless! Now she's straining. And they just seem kind of sloppy this time around. :/
