I recently got a Pap smear after 3 years and had a pelvic exam done as well. My doctor noticed some blockage at the back of my uterus ordered a pelvic ultrasound and was just recently diagnosed with overian cysts/endometriosis. I literally had no clue so ladies please go get checked regularly!

My first one was very uncomfortable, but I finally got a second one a few months ago (after delaying it for years) and it was much better. More comfy, and went by a lot quicker. I think the main difference was that the first time I went they used a metal speculum, but the second time they used plastic, so it wasn't cold.
Not me thinking the embarrassing story was about the toilet paper getting stuck 😂😂

Hahaha the way I screamed when I saw the jam 😂 that’s jam made of bilberries and raspberries (delicious and v Swedish), but more so eaten with porridge or pancakes. Lingonberry jam is the only one eaten with savoury foods, and agreed, it’s amazing 🤤🤤🤤 just wanted to leave this as a fun fact! Your vlogs always cheer me up 🥺❤️
