So true. How I miss the grand ole days of the "real" GH. Robert & Holly. Luke & Laura and their romance's and adventures. Now those were the days. They were "GH" Thank goodness for UA-cam. I can re-live those fabulous days of Robert-Holly and all those GH memories. Feel sad for this GH generation who never got to experience what a honest to goodness real soap opera should be. Robert & Holly -- Luke & Laura The best General Hospital ever served up.
I have no idea why they went with the "let's have Scorpio back and make him a sucky father..." I mean, I've said this on other videos, but they could've introduced some dire circumstance where he had amnesia or Robin's life was threatened, etc. Instead, they make him as kind of a deadbeat, or Luke 2.0. Drives me kind of insane... not sure who it served.
@@dazeddarla2275 Robert was a good dad to Robin until he had to fake his death and Luke was great with Lulu and Lucky but then all of a sudden they decided to turn them into deadbeats (Luke especially)
Luke, Robert, Anna all got old! So did I! I was 13 when I first watched Luke and Laura and the summer of the Left-Handed Boy. Now I’m 56! I was in love with Tristan Rodgers! What happened to all of us??? 😂
We ALL got old 😅 Along with them. So GLAD I was able to experience the grand ole days of soaps when they were actually good. I don’t watch ANY of them any more.
Bad writing. Robin should have never asked Robert and should have only asked Mac. Bad writing on the part of the writers. They shouldn't have thrown away GH history. Mac raised Robin.
Ryan Wolff, not true. Robin was on the show in 1985. Mac did not become her guardian til 1992. Robert raised his daughter for almost 10 years. Mac was nowhere around. Mac only raised Robin for 4 years. Then she went off to college. Ignoring that Robert raised Robinway longer than Mac is throwing away GH history. Plus, Robert is her dad and should be the one to walk her down the aisle. Mac is not her father.
Yes, I totally agree that they do not care about General Hospital history because they have said that Robin was 13,14 12,10 when she lost her parents said was 7,6 and 5 when when she first met Robert it really feels like the writers either don’t talk to each other. Don’t care about the history of General Hospital and it depends like who’s in the room that day definitely not watching the show or reading the scripts
Aw, jeez, Robin. I love Robert to death, but Mac earned the right to not only walk Robin down the aisle, but to have Robin WANT him to walk her down the aisle. Again, Robert is one of my favorite GH characters ever and he was never the lousy father Guza made him out to be, but Uncle Mac was ALWAYS Robin's one constant, even after both Anna and then Robert came back from the dead. What a slap in the face to Mac.
katie9918, Mac was not Robin's constant. Felicia was Robin's constant. And it doesn't matter who is her constant. Robert is Robin's father and he raised her for almost 10 years when she was at her most vulnerable when Mac was nowhere around. Mac only raised Robin for 4 years and then she went off to college. He is her uncle. And when Anna and Robert came back from the dead, Robin spent a lot of time with them. It would be a slap in the face of Robert to have Mac who only raised her briefly and is the uncle to be asked instead of her father who was there for her from the beginning when she was the most vulnerable.
They both should walk her down the aisle! Robert is her father and he was a great father until he was thrown in prison and forced to stay away for their protection. However, Mac was there for Robin when she needed him desperately. Losing her mother and father was too much for a little girl. Mac's love and guidance was crucial in molding Robin into the woman she turned out to be. She always knew she could count on him. He was there when she was devasted in finding out she was HIV positive, and when Stone died. They both should have had the honor of walking her down the isle. What a Lucky girl. They both adored her. Mac's little Robin, and Robert's little girl. I remember when Robert met Robin. Didn't take him long to be a devoted dad and love her with his whole being.
Robert and Luke 3 decades later? AWESOME!
Luke and Robert attract trouble more than Buffalo attracts snowstorms.
I love that Robert and Luke got caught up in another mess.
This is fun, but a little sad ... at one time Luke & Robert were the smartest guys on the show, now they're treated like irresponsible children.
I think Jason Thompson is SO GORGEOUS!!! Luckily he's only a year younger than me LOL!

@@lkhjc80 I am happy about that too.
Luke and Robert together again.
Robin should have had "Uncle Malcolm" and "Daddy Robert" walk her down the aisle!
Lol, they were gonna leave her to go drink
@lkhjc80 GH has the richest history of any soap out there and I love how they always honor it....
Yes, he did :-(
Mac was a horrible Police Commisioner. I don't think they solved a crime during the entire 20 years he was in the position.
LOL, and Robert solved all his cases! He was awesome!
