Would you consider doing a video on starter hmo investments? There’s a lot of hype and dodgy advice on UA-cam.
By “starter” lets say an hmo costing circa £300k so clearly not in London.
For me the blocker with hmos has been distance, management and tenant profile.
What about buying something overseas in cheaper country?
I know the U.K. for me the learning curve is steep in property and all my mistakes of the past tell me that I’m personally best off sticking with what I know!
