- I’m taking you to a hidden gem in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur, called Nasi Briyani Yasin. Tucked away in a small road behind Jalan Ipoh, this unassuming stall serves some of the tastiest biryani rice I’ve had in a while. I had their famous nasi biryani ayam merah for brunch, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavorful rice, tender chicken, and rich spices come together perfectly, making it a meal that feels comforting and indulgent at the same time.

What’s even better is how affordable it is. Despite the quality of the food, the prices are very reasonable, which is a rare find in the city these days. Located just a short walk from Sentul Barat MRT Station, it’s convenient for anyone looking for a hearty, satisfying meal. Even though the stall is small and hidden, the cozy and clean environment makes it a great place to eat in.
I was also really impressed with the service. The owners are incredibly friendly, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. It’s not just the food that makes this place stand out, but the warm atmosphere they create for every customer who walks in. If you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend checking out Nasi Briyani Yasin for a meal that won’t disappoint.

The briyani looked yummy. Out my long years living in Bandar Baru Sentul, I've never come across this place.
When you return, do pay them a visit. Afterall it is named after you too.. hahaha
That means it's not really that good..cos Klites will swamp this store like flies.. If it's that fantastic! 😅

Ehhh down the road from Rica Residence and Jalan Kasipillay where The Birch is. Ok, really hidden, I wouldn't have found it without you showing the route. I love this kind of places; they need to be highlighted more. WAHHHH THAT BIRYANI 🤤🤤🤤looks so delicious! The type you can hibernate after lunch haha...

@@WanderEats maybe for my Osmo Pocket or drone.
I'm curious as to how you find these places. When I'm out wandering the streets I see places that look like this all the time, but I rarely try them out because they just don't look that appealing from the street. It's not a good reason, I know. Perhaps I'll have to be a little more adventurous in the future. The food looked great!
All thanks to Google Maps actually as I was looking for a local place to take Darren for lunch since he came all the way to my place a year ago I believe. But yes these roadside stalls do surprise once in a while but need to be more adventurous to try them out.
Wow. That looks amazing. The action 5 did great. It's definitely good as an all round camera. Nice.
Curious question. I have no issues eating with my hand, but if someone brings their own cutlery, would that be frowned upon or do people accept that some are not comfortable eating with the hand?
Yeah very impressed with the A5 for sure. Btw they do provide clean cutleries there, I just didn't use them that's all.
We won't mind..but don't ask for 50¢ discount 😅
@@roxanewoo548 what's a discount? Haha. I'm used to the foreigner tx anyway
