Nung pumunta sya samin sa Bacolod, dinudumog sya ng tao kasama kmi ng Nanay ko. Maluha luha ang mga tao lalo na matatanda kc kahit basang basa ng pawis ang mga tao nd nya alintana kahit pagkalagkit lagkit na ng mga pisnging dumadampi sa kanya. Gusto nya pa lapitan ang mga humahabol sa kanya kasu pilit na syang pinapasakay sa van ng mga body guard nya at kitang kita mong naluluha sya kc nd nya magawang mapagbigyan lahat.. Kaya ganito nlg ako makapag tanggol sa kanya kc napakabuti nyang anak at tao..

I for one will never ever get to know the true/real Sarah, except through videos like these (which is the next best thing). I mean after all, I am not first family or a close relative or family friend. However, I can honestly say that she is a genuine person with a big heart for her fans. How would I know and why do I say that?
Well back in 2004, my family were on vacation in the Philippines. I cannot remember the mall we were in, but it just happened to be the same mall that Sarah and Mark were doing a mall tour in. When I saw Sarah and Mark from a distance, I picked up my then 5 year old daughter and ran as fast as I can towards them, my wife close to my heels. They just entered a Jollibee when I caught up to them, but her entourage of security guards and assistants kept me about two arms length away from her. They exit Jollibee and we were once again off to following her, disheartened that my daughter might not get to see Sarah up close. So I did the next best thing and shouted out her name, "SARAH!" She stopped, turned around, scanned who called, I waved at her, and she looked right at me. I introduced and told her my daughter's name and that her songs were some of my daughter's favorites. I thought Sarah would say "Hi" from where she stood, about 5 paces or so away from me...NOPE! She walked back towards us and greeted my daughter by name as she shook her hand. My daughter still remembers that very day and what Sarah said to her, "Hi Tiffany!" Which in turn my daughter coyly replied, "Hi Sarah!"
Now mind you, here was a young lady with the world thrown at her feet at the dawning of her superstar career. Yet, she took the time to come back and greet my daughter personally, when she could've easily said, "Hi" and waved to us from where she stood when I called out her name. I still remember that day and her signature winning smile as if it was yesterday. From that moment on, I was an instant fan of Sarah. Yes, I watched her take and win it all on "Star for a Night" but didn't think much of it, except that she was a great singer. Then 2004 happened for me and my daughter. The rest as they say, is history. I have been a popster since then.
EDIT:
Here's a tip for popsters. Have a child in your arms and try to get as close to Sarah when she passes by (unless you are already in line for a meet and greet with her). I have noticed from multiple off-cam videos of her, that she adores children and always takes the extra time to interact with them. Plus, recently, after seeing interviews with her about "Unforgettable", a small dog will do wonders as well. Now I am not guaranteeing 100% that having a child or pet in your arms will make Sarah come talk to you, but it will probably raise your chances of doing so.

Sarah G. Is 1 of my dads favourite singer in the world..while watching in tv before he was like "😲😯😮 SARAAAAAAAAAHHH" he keeps shouting..and he also wishes to see SARAH G. in person but unfortunately he was diagnosed in liver cancer and died on november 22nd 2008..😥 after that i started following sarah G. into her social media accounts and supporting her..she is really a talented and humble singer/actress.. I LOVE YOU SARAH G.😍

Watching this now i see how blessed matteo is. Mommy divine and daddy delfin did a very great job. Na overprotected lang but you know what everything sarah has or have been dhil sa pagpapalaki at pagprotekta at pagmamahal ng magulang nya. We may not fully understand her parents sa pagiging strict at overprotective nila but let’s not also bash and hate them.
