- Hello and a big welcome to my channel if you are new here I’m Claire and I’d like to say thank you for joining me 😃
In the Vlog I have some new slimming world meal ideas for you and my weigh day results I hope you enjoy and have also had a good week let me know how you get on.
If you have been following my recent blogs you’ll know that life is currently pretty crazy for me and it doesn’t seem to be slowing down however I have been managing to stay on plan I think it has helped having something to go is on to be honest.

I’ve just started SW. Day 1 under my belt. I think I’ve done ok. I am a slow loser (hypothyroid, over 50 and menopausal- an awful combo).
I’m looking forward to losing just something. Your videos have given be done ideas. Thank you.

I’m the same, I can’t plan a weekly plan because things can chop and change. The skinny pig sausages sound nice xxx
Try the chicken it was really good , those sausages are good too had the rest of them in a roll for breakfast today 🙌🏼 yeah I just can’t do it 🤣
Hey Claire from Claire from Sheffield lol 😂. I’m watching you with a glass of red wine 🍷. I love ❤️ slimming world as I used to calorie count and found it too stressful for me. I’m a volume eater so slimming world works for me. Years ago in my 20s I hardly ate, but my appetite has increased with age lol 😂xxx

Yes Jane I’m a greedy girl 😂 I’m not good when I’m hungry I snack and pick so filling up on big meals works for me 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Yesss I love extensions always use to have them but I just don’t have the time to commit to that plus I love a good eye rub 🙌🏼

Its called Maryland 🍗 chicken. I used to work in a group home & a co~worker used to make it for the clients. Sounds weird but actually quite nice ❤
