    Very cool video, your helmets and blasters look great! And I like the idea of making Thicker 3d printed helmets, for the feel and hopefully durability of the helmets over time. How are the helmets when it comes to comfort with them being pretty thick?

      @Alan.jn02 Thanks for your comment and question! The increase in weight certainly poses a challenge for all-day wearing. Most film takes are very short, so actors and extras are able to remove the helmets frequently. The heavier helmet looks much better on camera because there is less bobble. Unless the actor is a professional mime, toy weight props will look like toys on camera.
