They have already have too much employees... It's not about how much people you hire it's how you manage people. Railway ministry is for serve with good and safe travel for people and goods... It's not the organisation that have the responsibility to give employment to the people...

Talk on the speed and quality of the mobile data, the situation is so adverse, even in major cities like bangalore, hyderabad the 4g speed is max 4 Mbps, and we are talking about 5G, 6G etc... today 4G speed is the worst ever, it reminds those 2g or gprs days...
It is pathetic to look at BSNL offices which have been neglected and not 4:44 kept neatly. Whereas Post offices have been facelifted. Please do something to modernised B S N L offices.
