The season where UST's greatwall of España started to crumble. If you've been a fan of UST or uaap volleyball in general, DLSU wasn't the first team to always bolster a tall line-up. When talking about UST players they were once known to be tall powerful attackers like Bernal, Balse, Pimentel, Pano, Co Yu Kang etc. It was the standard of legendary coach Sta.Maria. During this season only Ortiz & Maizo were tall & powerful attackers. Banaticla is a power hitter but lacks height, Hirotsuji is tall but lacks power. Angge Tabaquero graduating & Din Din Santiago transferring to NU was too big of a loss for UST in this season. Sadly they weren't able to bring back the tall power hitter line-up ever since this conference. Only 1 player would be 6ft then a big height gap among the rest. Sisi Rondina is GREAT & because of her UST started recruiting more bite-sized power hitters. But there's a reason why UST was once a volleyball dynasty and I would love to see the resurgence.

Ok pa nga set nya kumpara sa nauna nilang setter si martinez, pinapalitan pa ni cha cruz sa setter position dahil panay sablay set nya haha
Mika is a converted setter . But she's good , she knows how to deliver the ball sa spiker na alam niyang papatay at pupuntos talaga. Plus she has good serve and block timing .
