Christine these pieces came out great. Wow what a transformation on the $5 little drawer metal cabinet. Never realized spray paint now works on plastic too. Love love love the magnets for attaching the labels, gives us the flexibility we often need without the hassle. Thanks for the tips and your room is coming along very nicely. Hugs and stay well.

Thank you so much for linking the magnets you use! I am really trying to find something a little bit thinner and smaller than what I’m using now. And I think I got it! I don’t know if you are an Amazon affiliate, but I will go through your link, just in case. Anyway, looking great in the craft room! All these little details are really going to make a big difference in the overall feel. Hugs ❤️🤗

YOU are super-awesome! Yes, the holidays are quickly approaching! Would love to revisit the advent calendar for 2024 idea. I’m a bit behind but love what you are doing to your studio and can’t wait to catch up!

Thank you very much for for sharing the magnet label idea. I recently re-purposed a metal rolling toolbox so I’d have room for storing paper and other things.. The drawers are still labeled for my jewelry business with stick on labels. I’ve been putting off changing the labels because it will be a pain getting the old labels off. But now I won’t have to I can just magnet a label on top of that. You had. such a wonderful idea! I may also steal the idea of painting your rolling plastic carts. I’ve got bunches of those.

Cool cabinets and ideas! I love this idea. As your CEO, I will caution everyone though, please do not use magnets within the reach of small children or curious pets - they can cause harm to the digestive system. I am sure most people know this, but a disclaimer is always a positive way to prevent accidents for those who may not have realized that this happens. :)

Christine do mind saying what brand of paint you did the plastic black storage piece in? I really like the cream color and it looks like it adhered to the plastic nice. I have the same piece :)
    TIA

Sure. It's Rustoleum x2 Ultra Cover Satin in Heirloom White. I've used this paint in various colors on so many things and love it. It will say right on the front of the can that it adhere's to plastic. Available at many local hardware stores and also big box home improvement shops, and of course probably on Amazon 😄

@@sparkbirdstudios thank you for the info:) I’ll grab some tomorrow. I’m hoping Monday I can paint! Yours turned out so nice!!! I really like your metals one too. Recently I went to a miles and miles long road sale and I felt so fortunate to get a fairly large metal pull out drawers thing from the 40’s it was the man’s dads from war time. It’s so cool. Tons of screws and nails and such. Not sure what I’m gonna do with all those lol 😂 They said I had to take them all and if I did they’d sell it for 20 bucks. I said load her up!🤣
I keep debating if I want to paint and pretty it up but not sure cuz I love it as is.
I always appreciate organizing videos. Thank you for your putting this one together for us!

@@brandiperelli4090 I had the same dilemma. I liked the aged look of the metal drawers and almost left them as they were and thought I'd just paint the shell. But in the end thought the whole thing could use the facelift. Your piece sounds terrific. Let us know what you decide to do with it...

@@sparkbirdstudios a face lift might be nice! I also found one last month that is a vintage file cabinet kinda style with only one large drawer. Actually would have liked to have known some history on that too. Maybe could try painting that one first and see what I think, it definitely needs some TLC!
