Tiarra Hill I feel like it was just too long; that’s why people got bored with it cause I don’t know one bad song on the album. I actually think it started off good.
Why is nobody talking about how knowledgeable Rob is about Bryson’s music? You can tell he’s a genuine fan of dude and respects him enough to prep the interview
Reptilian Human listening to an artist and knowing their music is not the same though. Just because an album is an hour long doesn’t mean it takes an hour to digest. Case in point, Lauryn Hill

he's such an amazing interviewer. When you get an artist/person of that caliber, you really have to come with the quality questions & he completely achieved that.
It’s crazy to hear him talk about Trapsoul and getting negative feedback on it and Don’t. I heard Don’t over the summer that year and was obsessed then the album dropped and I was hooked. That album still gets heavy sound 5 years later. That album was and is definitely a moment in time for me.

I literally have loved and still do love what Bryson tiller puts out. I was surprised of hearing him saying he was doubting himself because of what fans think and people telling him what to do and not what to do. But when he said that it does makes since of why he did the things he did. Cause I probably would’ve done the same tbh. But no matter if Bryson waits 3 years or 5 years to put music out. I’m always going to rock with him. He is down to earth and so chill and he is not the type to chase fame and want to be in the spotlight ! Literally artist who stay low are my favorite ! Trapsoul is the album that defines modern R&B. After Trapsoul dropped almost all R&B sounded like Trapsoul. Chopped vocal samples ontop of an instrumental that sounds like it's underwater.

Inhale is amazing for the beat in itself. the movement of the songs feels much more hip hop and even underground 2010 beats. Like he used so many LFO tricks and ducking tricks that were hitting heavy. He really took the time to craft a dope beat tape with clean lyrics and concepts. As someone from the Ville born and raised I feel him on all aspects. something I've noticed about every Capricorn is that they are such hard workers but need confirmation or affirmation from some source or someone, (like he says astrology when the stars align or he deleted don't until those girls said they were enjoying it) they doubt themselves in every aspect but when someone gives them a confirmation that what they are doing is right such beautiful things are made. I hope Bryson is reading this, but just know on behalf of all your truest fans everything you put in out in our eyes is amazing. The music has really changed my life these past 5 years. Looking forward to more. Stop doubting yourself and enjoy the ride and beauty of it all we love u :)
Favorite Songs : 1. Keep Doing What You’re Doing 2. Sorrows 3. Things Change Love how Bryson was honest about not being all their mentally and spiritually for “True to Self”. As a fan, I could tell, but he bounced back with full recovery on ANNIVERSARY ❤️💪🏽

Bryson gotta stop doubting himself when u get writers block just walk away n mediate in pay attention to what we listen too in stay in your own genre u ain't gotta rush bro
I remember how much TRAPSOUL meant to me when I listened to it. It changed me tons & helped me develop my tastes in music in the modern day
something I've noticed about every Capricorn is that they are such hard workers but need confirmation or affirmation from some source or someone, (like he says astrology when the stars align or he deleted don't until those girls said they were enjoying it) they doubt themselves in every aspect but when someone gives them a confirmation that what they are doing is right such beautiful things are made. I hope Bryson is reading this, but just know on behalf of all your truest fans everything you put in out in our eyes is amazing. The music has really changed my life these past 5 years. Looking forward to more. Stop doubting yourself and enjoy the ride and beauty of it all we love u :)
As a Capricorn I can confirm lol
damn I feel expose from this comment😭💙, but it's very true tho!

Love how Bryson was honest about not being all their mentally and spiritually for “True to Self”. As a fan, I could tell, but he bounced back with full recovery on ANNIVERSARY ❤️💪🏽
True to self was great though.
Outta time
Still yours
