I think soft skills really more important than technical skills. I have years of experiences being interviewed and also being interviewer myself. Girls please don’t wear mini skirt and please ensure your legs are closed and don’t cross legs. Grooming is essential as well, that contribute to the first impression component. I once shake hand with a male candidate with dirty and long finger nails and oily hand. Needless to say he didn’t get the job. And if you were given namecards by your interviewers during the interview please put the name card nicely on the table and don’t play with the name cards while you are talking. Keep the name card nicely in your bag later when you are leaving. That’s one valuable advice I was given.
The 5-year goal question gets no useful information and it’s a trap for the interviewee. Of course the interviewee wants to learn and move up which can mean pushing out the current manager who is doing the interview. That’s too threatening for the manager to hire that person.

我諗最重要係be prepared? 背好背熟d常問問題,好多人連tell me about yourself都答唔好
有時真係好難唔講公司壞話,不過”lesson learned” 的確可以幫助調整心態。心態反映行為,我都唔鍾意請啲成日埋怨公司嘅。謝謝你的分享,提醒我調整心態!

咁啱最近需要瘋狂面試!本身淨係記得要做個正面小太陽,然後瘋狂睇唔同嘅QnA,有時interviewer叫我用三個詞語形容自己呀,有時又問我有咩缺點啊,IQ題就冇遇過,不過都試過問到啲野我會唔識點答個腦就白咗,或者坐喺度struggle咩方向答好,睇完條片覺得個心態真係重要過回答得完美
問得缺點一定係答 "太+優點", 例如"太勤力,太認真" , 千祈唔好講真話

哈哈,面试确要几分演技。例如你上一个雇主或manager十分asshole,都不能直说,还要很“正能量”为其美言。
你interview知道自己做戲,in你果個都知道你做戲,佢就係要請個識做戲又正能量既人,等第日工作有同同事唔啱都識做戲識扮下正能量
