Jim Self is an individual who walks with a foot in two worlds. He holds technology patents, is the founder of Biomed Diagnostics Corporation, has served as a two-term, elected official and Vice Mayor of San Jose, California and was appointed by the President of the United States to be the Director of Intergovernmental Operations for the United States Department of Energy.
Jim is an intuitive clairvoyant teacher, and an international speaker and author. He is the Co-founder of Mastering Alchemy with Roxane Burnett. I always felt guilty that I never had a routine like all the very expensive self help gurus are teaching us to have, but not anymore. I will just lay back and make choices at that moment, situation, circumstance. It always served me well. I love to live my life without heavy planing. It is easy, enjoyable and exciting. What's next? I’ve always had that feeling that permission and acceptance having to please and explain myself to elders. I haven’t planted my flag as an adult since even turning 41 last year. This is definitely changing in light of this podcast.

Me too. I always felt guilty because I did not know those routines yoga or yoga like ..,but not anymore..If it will be that high frequencies are achieved through yoga, that means only those who do all those routines are progressing..I am happy it is not so.

This is the most grounded of all the spiritual podcasts available. No sensationalism, just reasoning and gentle encouragement. Everyones waiting for some big event, they don't realise it's already happened, it's internal not a flash of light outside or a big bang etc. You either got the memo or you're still clinging to the old ways.

Old age isn't easy....you will experience it. When your life is gradually deconstructed until you are gutted, alone. I'm there now but never thought about it when in middle life..how could I.
This is similar to Gary Renard and The Disappearance of the Universe. Personally I think it’s a horrible game. I am too tired and too old and can barely stand to go outside anymore. Even within the spiritual community it’s hard work. Let me know when we get a new game and I might go outside again. Thanks for having Jim on he is another level of consciousness.

This podcast made me realize that the reason that I do not fit in with this world is because I AM A STAR SEED. I AM 72 and never had a friend. I AM alone after 2 divorces. I AM spiritual, not religious. I do not attach myself to politics, family, church. I AM going through a "detachment", detox from 3D. I AM preoccupied with astral traveling to 5D and the angels are my friends that I talk to. They teach me 5D living, concepts, how to go up the dimensional ladder to Source and commune/dwell in that space/time continuum. Dealing with humans is dehumanizing- they're so stupid.

I'm sorry you feel you've never had a friend. But you said you were divorced twice. Which truly means you had 2 best friends at some point in your life. Only when a person has grown in wisdom will they understand that even though you grow apart and get Divorced. You were friends 1st. Actually, best friends 1st. I also have dyslexia and thought outside the box in I have always felt love and kindness is what mattered, I have lived that way working with teens having life's challenges. I'm listening for a 2nd time to you Jim and something triggered me again at 21 minutes - the question Guy asked was "when do you see this happening", and I was reminded again of these words from Jesus when He said He will come again, He said "you will not know the hour or the day...". It is true what you say Jim, we can see that black and white locked-in attitude is becoming fuzzy as reality within folks is no longer stable, and technology is advancing so very fast - something new happens everyday. Archaeology is finding things hidden previously that were always there but not revealed. Thank you Jim for your wisdom and your light.

Yea, that is a good point. People are realizing that there is something else and freedom is possible. So people's souls are yearning for awakening. And at the highest rungs, enlightenment. I don't know if everyone is realizing that this is what they are subconsciously yearning for, but it's easy to see that the whole world is fighting to see the real REALITY and so they're looking to destroy illusions so that they can find that reality. And so the question is: "who am I"?, "what am I here for"?, "what is this all about"?
And who you're not is just as important. Go to reclaim your securities on UA-cam and Justinian Deception which started 300 years before Jesus. Once you see whose who in the physical world once you awaken you see that it reflects the spiritual realm and you know the 2 has to be 1. There's so much I've been awakened too and so thankful.

I remember Alan Watts saying that we're in a giant game of hide and seek. And here at 6 minutes and 50 seconds 6:50 he says it in a slightly different way different way. I love it. Listening in St. Augustine, Florida
Watts also says "You don't control your thoughts. You don't control your feelings." Which sheds light on Buddha's acknowledgment that "Life is suffering," aka - we're always and forever subject to feelings and thoughts we don't choose, even the good ones. Gnosticism sees that we're all part of God, but thinks the intellect can force itself to awaken to this through understanding. And sure, it's a kind of understanding, but an understanding that comes with exasperation: exasperation upon seeing that your thoughts, your drives, your motivations, your preferences, everything that steers you moment to moment - none of them are chosen. They may change, but just like you don't rearrange the neurons in your head to finally 'learn something,' - rather you just learn or you haven't yet, and just like you can't force yourself to love someone by saying "I love you" to them, in the same way, you can't change your mind into being the happy, successful person we all wish we were. And it's in the seeing of this, the no control of one's own mind, that it starts to finally relax. Maybe. It's not up to you.

I don't like how it makes me feel so i focus on my immediate surroundings and those things in my control. I can better serve creator source if i am mentally and spiritually fit. I can't let everything outside my control affect my serenity. That just makes us all sick. It allows us to be controlled. Im done being controlled confused and afraid. This is not who i am.

I've been connected all my life, always bumped up against those who thought I was nuts.
When my husband went home, a nonbelievers, he came to me within days to give me info I needed. That was my acknowledgement to everything in my past.
I remember the energy of wreckage of Hurricane Sandy in protection of what I love and who I live where I live. My heart completely open to nature in love. Despite the devastation? My connection with mother earth (who did not agree to be tinkered with) and my connection to Source never waivered. After the storm, I went to check on my new beehive. A tree had fallen, yes, but in an embrace the branched of this tree fell around the beehive, not on it, and so no direct harm was done. This was stunning to see, and I understood that this was a thank you for my 7 straight hours of sitting in a heart meditation. We, like those who chose separation for FUN, have THE choice to remain aligned in every aspect and incarnation as SOURCE. Happy to help you arrive into the 'more' -- this guy's got most of it right, but not all of it. Wow. ONE SMALL STEP FOR THOSE WHO CAN'T TELL THE 'MOVIE' AND THE 'GAME' FROM LIFE WITHIN SOURCE. Totally different 'experience.' Welcome to those who have eyes to see and ears to hear who you really are and give up the game of separation and victim/victimizers.

In this new reality, I figured out I have the power to change the roles of people in my life. Who decides what is a friend, a parent or an aquantaince? I am changing the roles and meanings of those people and it brings me actual healing because it takes away the pressure in the relationships with those people. That's definetely not 3d anymore.

Living in the Present.... Great interview. I was blessed to be part of a training program that provided exercises for staying in present. Its so important because it literally shifts you into what the presenter is talking about. I remember walking out the door and thinking how it would be nice to buy flowers for a loved one, I went for a walk and started to do my training exercises and when I came back there was a guy delivering flowers to the neighbor across the street. I 100pct believe what this man is talking about because it lifts the veil.
I listen to this twice on the same day. It was simplistic and easy to understand. In the way he presented this. I am a person that is already familiar with being present and not getting caught up in the drama of not only our memories, but somebody else’s movie.

I have spent many years studying Mastering Alchemy with Jim Self. One of the things he offered us was how to build the light body .Lately I have been experiencing many physical changes that have been disturbing, until I found videos that enumerated all of them as expressions of a crystalline body happening. Add additionally my ears are especially itchy; at the same time I am hearing answers to any questions I ask, including tiny details of my history; it is also the voice of my intuition, which is surprising and bright and immense. Re: the archangels, I have met only Uriel. Jim Self is a blessing in my life.

Think of monks who sit calmly….while being set on fire. They master fear and realize who they really are I think
I get so confused with (as my father always told me) "you gotta stop thinking about and blaming the past"
Though we are meant to reflect on the past to learn lessons?
All my memories to reflect upon are remembered through my pain.. I hope this all makes sense to me one day
Forgive and let go of the pain. Surrender to life and understand that suffering is part of 3rd density.
As C.G. Jung has said: “there’s no coming to consciousness without pain.”
Holding on to pain only hurts you….stop hurting yourself.
Use the pain as the learning lesson it was supposed to be and grow above it.

Our life is a reflection of our thoughts and feelings. We can watch the external movie or we can reflect on our past when we do it creates emotion. If you don't like the way something makes you feel then CHOOSE to think and feel differently and your reality will change. Franco Romero explained this well. I also like the way this guy puts it he's explaining the same ideas as Franco. Let go of fear separation anger and resentment then our lives can change. The 5th dimension of consciousness will better allow us to create the world we want. As Ghandi said be the change you want to see in the world.

I had an interesting NDE when i was 21. I had what i feel was a future vision that there was light switch that went on to what it seemed to everyone collectively and it was as if everyone woke up. And saw through every illusion that ever was. It seemed to be in my lifetime. I wonder what this man is saying relates?

Kinda like the Trueman show. It's like we are entertainment for higher dimensional beings. Well after 6000 years of the same old human drama BS I would be getting bored with the human reality survivor story. That's my personal view.
Human’s made up the concept of free will. There is no free will. There is Source/God’s will or intentions, and there is the ego illusion. We develop will thru incarnations/experiences, and we are gods incarnate, infinite, and already free.

I wonder why when I click on a video about consciousness there is always synchronicity. Listening in from Alberta. I just love absorbing succinct perspectives that resonate with the understandings that follow. I see this world as a big play, we are the participating audience, but one by one, we start to see backstage. Once we start to work with manifestation things start to align for us, so the thing to do is just roll with it. Kind of like ignoring the barking dog.

jim is the real deal! though i already know what he is saying, it is lovely and clarified in his thoughts. if you get a chance to talk to him again, i have a question. i am aligned and moving forward into the new consciousness, though i love it and wont be turning back, i feel such a sense of sadness that so many people from my past are still firmly rooted in 3D. i know i can’t change that, but i wonder what Jim’s take on how to hold those people, though one can’t truely stay with them. or maybe you are supposed to completely let them go? it’s a puzzler for me.
