Do a small set of sprints regularly. Thats protects your hamstrings accoriding to studies. Also balance and core strenght are very important for injury prevention.

That’s stupid you’ll cause more harm and permanent damage for an issue that would’ve been resolved in a month or two of good rest and medical attention
watched this after an injury in my training because my teammate is a prick so he kicked my knee and its very hard to walk but I managed to scored 1 out of 3 oppurtunities but sadly doesn't got picked for the team. I missed 2 shots because my leg hurts so badd Hope he got karma
On a real note, I broke all 5 of my toes on my right foot playing indoor and I’ve been playing with them for a month now. Every time the ball makes contact with them my toes start dying 😂😂
