      I haven’t really been injured in a match, but once in training almost broke my hand, i slipped with my strong foot while trying to catch a cross, fell and my fingers bent horribly. Had this thing wrapped around my right wrist and hand for a week. Got out of that with a lot of luck

    Do a small set of sprints regularly. Thats protects your hamstrings accoriding to studies. Also balance and core strenght are very important for injury prevention.

    I've been battling amd playing on shin splints since the start of the season. 15 weeks in and I've still got it, altho it's sooo much better now, I've stuffed up my achilles now

    i think you should say that you can stretch every single day or foam roller some those kinda things because everything that you said everyboy knows you could say that foam roller or stretches and do some mobility before a gme a good sleep good hidratation those kinda things should be explained

    Do the mobility training for 30-45 minutes before a match or even after a hard training. You will just feel🤙🏼

      Had one since last September (ATFL , PTFL)
      Popping still remains
      They don’t always heal fully so once pandemic is done I’m going back

    watched this after an injury in my training because my teammate is a prick so he kicked my knee and its very hard to walk but I managed to scored 1 out of 3 oppurtunities but sadly doesn't got picked for the team. I missed 2 shots because my leg hurts so badd

      On a real note, I broke all 5 of my toes on my right foot playing indoor and I’ve been playing with them for a month now. Every time the ball makes contact with them my toes start dying 😂😂
